    PROBLEM BUILDING: IT IS SICKENING

    House still a headache

fter many years and many complaints

a house in Goodwood is still causing

    headaches for residents living close

    by.

The house at 103 Nelson Street has been

on the City of Cape Towns problembuilding

list formany years, but it continues to cause

    a stir.

MarkRaciet, the owner of a business close

by, has been fighting for many years to get

the house demolished. I am not even fight-

ing to get it sold, because it is so damaged.

There is no running water, no electricity

and no ablutions. I have seen with my own

eyes how the people living there dig holes

to dump their waste in. It is sickening, says

    Raciet.

According to Raciet the authorities are

giving him answers, but that is not taking

    the problem away.

I have heard that the City wants to fine

the owner every month until the fines equal

the value of the property. That is insane!

How longwill it take tomakeup that value?

    asks Raciet.

    In e-mail correspondence between Raciet

and the City it is stated that the first inter-

    vention started back in 2012.

On 17 May 2012 the municipality issued

a Notice of Intention to declare the subject

property a problem building in terms of the

City of Cape Towns Problem Building

Bylaw (2010); Provincial Gazette 6767 (Local

    Authority 22043).

The owner was afforded seven (7) days to

make representation to the local authority

providing reason why not declare the sub-

ject property a problem building, reads the

    statement.

The Citys statement also notes that the

owner of the property adhered to certain

things, but once again fell foul of the law ear-

    lier this month.

On Friday 3 June, the Problem Building

    Unit attached to theLawEnforcement Servi-

ces served a contravention notice and pre-

    pared dockets for prosecution.

On Tuesday 21 June the ProblemBuilding

Unit conducted another inspection at the

subject property to establish whether the

    ownerhadadhered to previous requests and

if the occupants have vacated the premises.

ie kinders van n vrou wat verlede

jaar in Ruyterwacht vermoor is, is

moedeloos omdat die saak sloer on-

danks die feit dat die beweerdemoordenaar

    reeds aangekeer is.

Die 79-jarige Susana Loubser is verlede

jaar in haar huis oorval en verskeie kere

met n skroewedraaier gesteek. n Man wat

in dieselfde straat as Loubser woon, is kort

My ma is reeds n jaar gelede oorlede en

reeds gevang is?

    was nie.

Daar was vermoedelik nog iemand be-

trokke, maar die polisie sukkel om daardie

persoon in die hande te kry. Hulle is glo ook

bewus van iemand met meer inligting wat

na vore moet kom. My ma was n weerlose

n volgende hofdatum. Sodra ek inligting

van die ondersoekbeampte ontvang het, sal

ek dit deurgee. Hy is nie tans beskikbaar

nie, so ek kan nie oor die stand van die on-

dersoek kommentaar lewer nie, s Pheifer.

    Moordsaak sloer n jaar steeds

    FROM PAGE 1

    Upon investigation no person was

located on the property. The wall

was raised and the owner indicated

that the gate will be erected within

a week. In total the City of Cape

    Town levied the amount of

    R13 814.92 against the registered

    owner in its rates account.

    Ward councillor for Goodwood,

    Cecile Janse van Rensburg, says

the property in Nelson Street is an

    ongoing problem. The property

    has been problematic since 2012.

    TheCitys ProblemBuildingBylaw

has provided a legal framework for

the municipality to keep the owner

    accountable. The intervention and

    engagement with the owner had

    many challenges and currently the

    Problem Building Task Team is

once again engaging with the own-

er. I amandhave always been of the

opinion that the community in the

    immediate vicinity and beyond

have the right to live in an area and

    environment that they can be

    proud of.

    The majority of our residents

take great care to ensure that we

build a safe and prosperous com-

    munity. It is therefore unaccepta-

ble that an owner allows a property

to deteriorate to such an extent as

is the case at 103 Nelson Street.

I often ask how the specific own-

    er justifies exposing the Goodwood

residents to the situation evident at

    the property? asks Janse van

    Rensburg.

    The reality is nevertheless that

themunicipality is bound by the le-

gal framework. I appeal to the own-

er to take the people actually living

    in the area into consideration.

Would he enjoy living in an envi-

ronment such as the area around

    the property in question?

The house at 103 Nelson Street is falling apart.

Rubbish in the backyard of 103 Nelson Street.

    @andrebakkes

    A

pastor from Parow is standing trial

    for allegedly running a Ponzi

    scheme and scamming approxi-

    mately 2000 people.

The director of Platinum Forex Group

(PFG), Colin Davids (48), was released on

R100 000 bail by the Bellville Magistrates

Court last week Wednesday (22 June) fol-

lowing his arrest by the Hawks earlier on

the day on charges of contravening the

FAIS Act and the Banks Act.

    Spokesperson for the Directorate for

    Priority Crime Investigation (Hawks),

    Captain Lloyd Ramovha, elaborates:

PFG is not an authorised financial pro-

vider as it is not registered with the Fi-

    nancial Services Board, and furthermore,

they are not authorised to take bank de-

posits as they are not a bank. Hence PFG

and Davids are charged in terms of con-

travention of the FAIS Act as well as the

    Banks Act.

    Above average returns

    Davidss investorsweremainly govern-

ment employees who had retired or re-

    signed from the service.

Ramovha adds there are many people

who had retired and/or resigned from

their work after many years of hard toi-

ling that also invested in PFG.

Investors were told that PFGwas doing

successful trading on the Forex markets

and they have the ability to make above

    average returns on investments.

A Ponzi scheme is defined by Google as

a formof fraud inwhich belief in the suc-

cess of a non-existent enterprise is fos-

tered by the payment of quick returns to

the first investors from money invested

    by later investors.

In July 2015 Platinum Forex Groups

R100 million worth of assets were frozen

on the order of the Western Cape High

Court following the national director of

    public prosecutions application for a

    preservationorder in termsof thePreven-

    tion of Organised Crime Act.

Davidss case has been postponed to 18

January 2017 to allow for further investi-

    gation.

    Ramovha continues: We cannot take

all the credit. This investigationwas done

    in collaboration with Advocate Jannie

Knipe, who is assigned to the case as pros-

ecutor. He is attached to the Specialised

Commercial Crime Court. There are oth-

er stakeholders which we do not want to

mention at this stage, but whose assist-

ance was critical. Careful analysis of doc-

umentation was also very important to

    us, he says.

The pain experienced by the investors

was very apparent when we started to

make enquiries and they saw us as the

ones causing the discomfort. This has

vastly improved since the arrest of Colin

    Davids.

Members of the public who have been

victims of the PFG are urged to come for-

ward and contact the investigating offi-

    cer, Lieutenant-Colonel Jerome Harden-

berg, on 021 918 3354 or email Harden-

    [email protected].

    Hawks seek statements

Ramovha says they are looking for peo-

    ple willing to make statements.

In this way we are able to get a clearer

picture of the informationwe are seeking.

Even though the law allows us to subpoe-

na people to come to court to provide us

    with the evidenceweneed,wedonotwant

to go this route, he concludes.

Davids is a pastor at the New Direction

    Grace Ministries in Parow.

In July Davids wrote on PFGs Face-

bookpage: Iwould like to vehemently de-

ny all allegations that have been levelled

against me and my company. I further

want to reiterate that all allegations are

    baseless and unsubstantiated.

In August that year he wrote: Today

our auditors and accounting firm proved

from source records, bank records and

trade statements that PFG trades profita-

bly, that we are not a Ponzi scheme, that

none of our clients lostmoney, that all our

funds are safe with our bankers and bro-

kers. That we have so much money that

    we should be a bank.

We are running a respectable business ...

In September that year he wrote: ... fi-

nancial statements and trade records on-

    ly prove thatweare runninga respectable

and profitable trading business, that de-

spite losses and draw downs, our trading

    ultimately is very successful.

In a Fin24 article from 2015 he said:

Some say where there is smoke, there is

fire, but beware of malicious people who

start a fire to try and burn your house

    down.

Davids did not respond to emails or a

message on Facebook requesting his com-

    ment.

    PFGs telephone number still remains

engaged and the companys website is

    down.

At the time of going to press NewDirec-

tion Grace Ministries could also not be

    reached for comment.

    Rubbish becoming a

    BRENDEN RUITER

    @ruitervaniewind

    R

    esidents from Good-

    woodwho are too lazy to

    dump their own rubbish

are causing a stink in this

    town.

When they do not feel like

    dumping their own rubbish,

    they ask bin scratchers to

take it for them. This may

    sound noble, because the

    scratchers get paid, but when

they are out of sight, they

    dump it wherever they feel

like even next to the road.

    Elizabeth Langeveld from

    Goodwood says her husband

    caught one of the scratchers

    red-handed.

    My husband approached

this woman as she wanted to dump this rub-

bish opposite our property in Spencer

Street. The woman confirmed she was from

Elsies River and that she received R10 to

dump the rubbish. According to her it was

too far to walk all the way to the dumping

    site.Whenmy husband asked herwhere she

    collected the rubbish, she conveniently

couldnt remember. The rubbish was all

dumped on Hamilton Road (behind Good-

wood Sports Grounds). She walked off with

    two shopping bags, says Langeveld.

According to Langeveld the situation is

getting out of hand. We are so tired of resi-

dents in the area who are too lazy to dump

their own rubbish and do not think or give

their cooperation. I suggest that notifica-

tions for this rubble crisis accommodates

    monthly municipal accounts. Maybe then

residents will take note, says Langeveld.

    Langeveld contacted localward councillor

Cecile Janse van Rensburg to complain

    about the rubbish.

I want to thank people who complain

about the rubbish. The chairperson of the

    ratepayers association, Brian Lawson,

shared a similar experience with the rate-

payers at a recentmeeting andhe elaborated

as to how he dealt with it. It is important to

report such incidents as the City of Cape

Towns relevant bylaw makes provision for

suitable sanctions. It is a pity that Lange-

velds husband was unable to trace the rub-

bish to the house it originated from. It is not

fair that a handful of residents do exactly as

they please without caring about the envi-

ronment they share with fellow residents,

    says Janse van Rensburg.

    AVRIL FILLIES

prof. Jose Frantz, dekaan van die fakul-

teit, ges.

    departemente, naamlik verpleging, fisio-

    terapie, arbeidsterapie en natuurlikeme-

disyne. Met die ho gehalte van onderrig

sal groter samewerking tussen die depar-

    temente binne die fakulteit aangemoedig

word. Naverwagting sal tenminste 1 600

    voorgraadse en 250 nagraadse studente

jaarliks by die BMS opgelei word. Die nu-

we gebou sal oefenlaboratoriums en doel-

gerigte lesingslokale bied, wat die druk

    oponderrig- spasie opdiehoofkampus sal

verlig. Met die toevoeging van 2 000 m

    vir lesingslokale, 3 700 m vir laboratori-

ums, kantoorruimte en geriewe vir per-

soneel ennagraadse studente, sal daar ge-

noeg spasie by die BMS wees, het prof.

    Frantz ges.

kliniek in Bellville verbeter.

In 2014 was

die begroting vir die projek n geskatte

R153 miljoen, maar dit kan meer word,

het prof. Frantz ges. Prof. Tyrone Preto-

rius, rektor en vise-kanselier van die

UWK, het ges dat die UWK benewens

    tandartse en verpleegsters ook dieetkun-

    diges, sielkundiges en fisioterapeute op-

    lei.

    goeie werk in gesondheidsonderrig, pri-

    wo constables from Botha-

    sig police were recently the

    cause of turning a good

Monday into a bad Monday for a

    resident of Mowbray.

    Constables Sello Mcutshenge

    and Andrew Simmers were on

patrol in the vicinity of Rich-

    wood on Old Tygervalley Road

when they drove past a vehicle

which was parked next to the

    road with the driver inside.

    The officers decided to turn

    aroundandoffer their assistance

as they thought that the vehicle

    might have broken down.

    The officers approached the

    vehicle, butnoticed that thedriv-

er was very nervous which gave

    them the idea that something

was amiss. They then decided to

search the vehicle but also no-

ticed that the driver had some-

    thing in his clenched hand.

When they requested to see what

it was, they were presented with

    12 small bags which contained

    Cat.

The search of the vehicle came

up empty and the driver was ar-

    rested for possession of drugs

    and his motor vehicle seized.

The suspect, a 49-year-old resident from

Mowbray, was detained and will soon ap-

    pear in court.

    Lieutenant Colonel Patrick Jacobs

praised the officers for their vigilance and

the successful removal of more drugs from

    the streets.

Constables Sello Mcutshenge and Andrew Simmers with

the drugs found on the suspect.

Local charity cries for Karoo help

Volunteer Gloria Pitlo, manager of The Charity Bargain Shop in Voortrekker Road. PHOTO: ANDR

    BAKKES

    ANDR BAKKES

    @andrebakkes

    I

n the sparsely populated Karoo, there is

an undeniable lack of fundraising oppor-

    tunities for organisations needing it.

The need for such an organisations inter-

vention is nonetheless desperate. The Karoo

Animal Protection Centre helps animals in

need, but who helps the centre?

The charity shop on Voortrekker Road,

run by volunteer Gloria Pitlo, answered

their call and now she sends her own cry for

help to the residents of Parow, Bellville,

    Goodwood and beyond.

But its very much a case of quid pro quo

with something for something exchanged on

a daily basis. Every time you buy something

at this second-hand shop, a large part of the

proceeds go straight to the Karoo.

The Charity Bargain Shop, which sells do-

nated secondhand goods, has been operating

at the premises for a year and a half and

sends thousands of rands to the area on a

    monthly basis.

This gem of all charity shops is open ev-

ery Friday and Saturday from 10:00 to 15:00

and is situated opposite the Shoprite Park in

    the Montana Building

I have always loved animals, and I will do

everything in my power to play a part in as-

sisting an organisation that I believe in,

    says Gloria.

It was unbelievably difficult to get the

word out there that we are operating a chari-

ty shop from these premises, she recalls.

We even handed out flyers on the road

with hearts inviting the public to have a

cookie with us in the shop itself. Slowly but

surely people are becoming aware ofwhatwe

are doing here, the committed Gloria con-

    tinues.

She needs the public to buy and donate

goods, but her most urgent call is for some-

one to pay their monthly rent of approxi-

mately R3500 someone who shares Glorias

    commitment andwho has themeans tomake

a difference ... someone that wants to be the

hero of animals they will never see.

FOTO: LOUIS KOTZ

    LEWENSKIEKIE

    Teach young

    ones to

    fall in love

I sat upright with my legs dangling over

the edge of the seat, my tiny hands

fidgeted in anticipation. The lights went

down, the curtains opened, the action

started and I was in love.

I must have been about six or seven

years old when my Oumie took me to see

my first theatre production. In those days

options were limited, but every school

holiday my gran would drive me off to

The Baxter Theatre to see the latest

    childrens piece.

It was the beginning of a long and very

    beneficial love affair.

You see, my love of theatre opened a

    whole new world to me.

    I have travelled to prohibition-era

American prison cells in Chicago, to

Paris with Phantom of the Opera, to

exotic Africa with Postcard from Morocco,

    experienced Russian folklore with Swan

Lake and 15th Century England with

    Shakespeares Richard III.

    The theatre

    unlocked my

    imagination and

    introduced me to a

    world of fantasy

    that allowed me to

    experience stories,

    music and beautiful

    imagery that would

    often stay with me

    long after I left the

    venue.

    But, sometimes

    when I speak to

    people, I realise

    that many still see

the theatre as an exclusive experience,

despite the fact that the vibrant arts

culture in Cape Town lends itself to far

    more inclusivity than ever before.

This winter school holiday, for exam-

ple, sees a great number of childrens

theatre productions on offer around Cape

    Town.

Then theres all the community theatre

initiatives going on around the northern

suburbs from the Milnerton Players to

    the youth-driven Project 021.

And, if theatre isnt your thing, the

    stand-up comedy and magic industries

    are both on the rise.

Add the huge number of live music

    events in TygerBurgers weekly Whats

On diary and Capetonians really are

spoilt for choice when it comes to

    entertainment even during the tradi-

    tionally quiet winter months.

A wise producer once told me that

audiences need to be developed. We need

to expose young audiences to the stage in

    order to cultivate theatre-going adults.

So, why not take a child to the theatre

this holiday? You might just prompt a

    life-long love affair. Louisa Steyl

    Peter Smulik puts two

    questions concerning the

    operation of nuclear power

    stations (Ignorance over

    nuclear tech, TB, 22 June).

    One, insurance cover in

the event of a release of

    nuclear particles due to an

    uncontrolled event, accident,

or an operating error due to

    staff incompetence or con-

    struction errors.

    At Chernobyl it was staff

    doing procedures in an

    unsafe reactor, and at

    Winscale, sensors wrongly

    positioned, resulting in a fire

    in the graphite reactor core.

That type of fire in graph-

    ite becomes self sustaining.

    The Japanese event was

    caused by a natural event,

    which caused the flooding of

    the cooling pump emergency

    diesel generators, as the

    normal power for them had

    been lost with the destruc-

    tion of the normal grid

    supplied by turbo-alternators.

    With regard to the insur-

ance for such an event, and

    claims by the nearby and

    affected residents, he should

    attend the Public Safety

    Information Forum, which

    will supply him with the

    information required.

    These he can extend to

    cover the demolition of the

    power plant, when its useful

    life has finally expired. He

    can also request for special-

    ist speakers to lecture on

    such subjects. If Eskom can

    find such a willing person,

    then he can be asked.

    What he should bear in

mind, is that he should be

    more afraid of what is

    happening to our food than

    from nuclear waste (a

    personal comment!).

We have a situation in a

    small community up the

three. At the turn of the

    century 1800s to 1900s the

    world wide cancer incidence

was one person in every one

hundred and fifty. Now it is

    one in five. Why?

    Traces of the active chemi-

cal in the herbicide Round Up

are now being found in the

    cotton wool used in female

    hygiene products, made of

    cotton from genetically

    modified cotton plants.

    Perhaps the human seed

    should be genetically modified

to accept Round Up and the

    insecticide BT?

    This genetic modifying of

plant material is not done to

    improve the nutritional value

of the plant, but to make it

    immune to the application of

    definitive herbicides or

    insecticides. The insecticide

BT is also put into the genetic

make-up of the plant. We, the

    populus, are pursuaded to eat

    this evilly contrived junk in

    the interests of worldwide

    food sustainability. Great

    lobbying phrase used on

    We have already had DDT,

    Thalidymide, and various

    other evil chemicals banned.

    Some, although banned, are

    still being used!

    It seems we are being

    committed to a chemical

death and not a nuclear one!

    Nuclear waste degenerates,

    but hard chemicals do not!

    The pebble bed reactor

    burned up nuclear waste as

does the latest version of the

    nuclear salt reactor. Both are

    1950s technology. Google

    ntaka Island, the award-win-

    ning 16ha wetlands reserve in

    the heart of CenturyCitywhich

has seen visitor numbers soar in

recent years, has added two new

    sustainability exhibits an aqua-

ponics system and a wind turbine

    to its eco centre.

    Alan Liebenberg, Century

    Citys environmental officer, says

just under 30 000 people visited In-

    taka Island in 2015 a 10% in-

crease over the previous year and

    significantly more than the 9300

visitors recorded in 2010, the first

year the eco centre was opened.

The centre is used primarily to

host school groups as part of In-

    takas environmental education

    outreach programme but also ac-

    commodates the general public

    which accounts for themajority of

    visitors.

Of the total number of visitors

last year, 7196 were learners from

    125 schools up from6174 learners

from 90 schools in 2014 and the

    numbers have continued to im-

    prove this year. The upgraded

    CAPS programmes that were in-

troduced late last year have been

    met with positive feedback from

all the schools and grades that

have used themon their visits and

in the first five months of this

year, 52 school groups have visit-

ed Intaka against 40 for the com-

    parative period last year, said

    Liebenberg.

    Liebenberg said they were al-

most at capacity in terms of

schools visits as almost every suit-

able day on the school calendar

    was booked.

    Tomeet the increased demand,

we are now often hosting more

than one group at a time, but it has

become necessary to book well in

    advance to avoid disappointment.

Many of the schools have made

this an annual outing and book

from one year to another to secure

    their space.

    Turning to the new exhibits,

    Liebenberg said aquaponics is a

    system that combines convention-

al aquaculture that is the raising

    of aquatic animals with hydro-

ponics, which is the cultivation of

plants in water, in a symbiotic en-

    vironment.

    Our exhibit comprises two

    tanks onewith deepwaterwhich

is home to fish, and a second with

    shallower water, pebbles and

    plant floaters.

    Nutrient rich water from the

fish tank flows into the other tank

where the plants strip out the nu-

    trients andpolish thewater before

it is pumped back into the fish

    tank.

As such it mimics a natural

    wetland system.

He said the second new exhibit,

the wind turbine, was helping In-

taka achieve its long term goal of

    being completely off the grid.

Intaka Island is open to the pub-

    lic daily, except Christmas Day,

    Floating books spreading hope

Happy to be home. Neil Meiring from Kensington has been a mechanic on the Logos Hope for

he worlds largest floating book fair, the

MV Logos Hope, docked in Cape Town

harbour last Thursday just in time for

the school holiday and will be open for visi-

tors daily until Monday 11 July.

With over 5000 book titles at affordable pri-

ces covering science, hobbies, cooking, arts,

    travel, languages, religion, medicine you

name it there is something for everyone.

In addition there is a visitors deck to ex-

plorewith some interactive displays and var-

    ious on-board events.

The Logos Hope, owned by GBA Ships, a

    German registered non-profit organisation,

sails across the globe with the purpose of

bringing Knowledge, Help and Hope to the

    nations of the world.

Part of their vision is to promote peace by

embracing diversity, and as Capetonian Neil

Meiring can attest, it can be a challengewhen

you are part of a crew of 400 members from

    over 50 different nations.

After 16 months on board, the former car

mechanic fromKensington says its the best

    experience he has ever had.

Neil felt led by the Lord to quit his job, not

sure what the next step would be. Soon after-

wards he heard about the Logos Hope

through an OM Ministries outreach at the

    Strewers church in Kensington.

I didnt want to do it. I tried everything

to get out of it, but it was like the Lord kept

telling me this is what I should do.

The crew and staff are all non-salaried vol-

unteers, with many working in their profes-

sional capacity. Neil started out in the galley

and worked his way to the engine room.

Since the 1970s the fleet of GBA ships has

beenwelcomed in over 500 ports inmore than

160 countries as the shipprovides goodeduca-

V The Logos Hope is at Jetty 2 at the V&AWaterfront

until Monday 11 July. Opening hours are from 14:00

As from next year, the oldest pre-primary

school in Edgemead (established 1977) will

    be offering full-day facilities.

According to the chairperson of the

    Edgemead Pre-primary Schools Association

(EPPSA), Chantelle Rodinis, the need for

    full-day care has increased tremendously

    over the past few years.

Established in 1977, the school has ser-

viced the area with an outstanding half-day

academic programme, but since times are

changing and more families are consisting

of twoworking parents, the need for full-day

care has increased to the point where it has

    becomenecessary forus to accommodate the

    demand.

As from January 2017, parents will have

two choices: they can either enrol their chil-

dren for half the day or for the full day.

The half-day children will start their day

at 08:00 at their respective campuses and en-

joy a normal academic day until 12:45. Those

signed up for any extramural activities can

    be collected at 13:30.

The full-day children will start their day

from 07:00 at their respective campuses. At

the end of the academic day, the full-day An-

ton Anreith Campus children will be trans-

ported to the Denison Way Campus, where

    the afternoon programme will commence

    and run until 17:45.

The full-day children will have access to

a structured holiday programme during the

April, July and October school holidays.

Holiday carewill not be available during the

    three weeks from 15 December.

Spaces are limited and will be booked on

    a first come/first served basis.

    AVRIL FILLIES

    W

e are like dwarfs sitting on the

shoulders of giants. We see more,

and things that are more distant,

than they did, not because our sight is supe-

rior or because we are taller than they, but

because they raise us up, and by their great

stature add to ours (John of Salisbury, 12de

    n ongelooflike span mense nodig

    S gesels Ilse Maartens, takbestuurder

    by MES neergel het.

Die viering skep ook geleentheid om

aan ons mislukkings te dink. Dis ook be-

is binne my gedoen, s sy. Volgens haar

besondere leiers by MES te kon werk.

ties werk.

Alan Childs het my geleer oor inspira-

    Haarkollegas is nwonderlikepotpourri

ryk n ware Ubuntu-belewenis: ek is,

    want hulle is.

Ek salueer hulle uit my hart in diepe

werke regtig gebeur. Mense word genees

en lewens word herstel, s sy.

Sy het ook geleer dat persepsies feite

word, maar feite kan ook verkeerd wees.

Ek het baie aannames gehad oor hier-

die dierbares enwat hulle nodig het. Inmy

tyd hier by MES het hierdie groepe my so-

Hulle het my n groot

stuk nederigheid kom leerwaarvoor ek in-

nig dankbaar is.

    ontwikkelingstaal moet gebruik. Anders

is die gesamentlike impak nie so groot

Ek is baie opgewonde oor MES Kaap-

ente is in baie goeie hande!

Ek is diep dankbaar virmy tyd byMES

en ek sal altyd n lojale en gedissiplineerde

lid van die MES-familie wees! s Ilse.

Ilse Els, takbestuurder, verlaat MES n nege

    jaar.
