The Menomonee Falls Plan Commissiongot a first look Dec. 2. at plans by Costco tooperate a facility at the southeast corner ofWater Street and Falls Parkway.

The commission got a first look at theconditional use permit request from Costcowhich is needed for the company to oper-ate a facility at the site.

According to a village staff report,Costco Wholesale submitted plans for a153,962-square-foot building on a 15.24acre parcel. The development will include a149,505-square-foot warehouse, a 4,090fuel canopy that would cover six doublesided fuel pumps, with 729 parking stalls.

Under the layout plans, tire installationoperations would be at the southern end ofthe building while truck docks would be atthe northeast corner of the building
