Coaching is frequently about the coach holding a mirror up to the students' current situation - helping them see things they otherwise hadn't noticed. However, coaching in the Agile world is performed from a position of knowledge, we are often there because of our experience as much as for our coaching skills. Indeed, you can be a successful Agile Coach with very limited coaching ability. This sessions sets out to highlight areas you can improve on as a coach by removing everything else and leaving you with just your coaching abilities. These are the slides we would have shown at Agile Cambridge 2012 but the projector didn't work.
