Traveler TestimonialsRightly termed – “Life Mein Ek Baar” The Ladakh expedition from 14th-23rd June 2013 was rightly termed – “Life Mein Ek Baar”. For those of you who are still holding back, it is time to make a fast move as the heaven is calling you. And that says it all. The frequency at which we were all charged up is unimaginable. The divinity of the region made us all paint the town. Would definitely try to b a part of another expedition by RLT. At last without fail : RLT ROCKS!!! SAIMA MAHAJAN, AIR INDIA

Excellent Groundwork by RLTI found that the itinerary was planned very carefully and the six days flew without any glitch, confusion and problems. From the time we touched down at Leh to the time we said goodbye, not one thing went wrong. The hotels were good, the sites chosen for visits were worth the trouble and the long drive, and the driver, besides being excellent at his job, was equally good as a guide! We had a wonderful time seeing Ladakh at close quarters; thanks mainly to the excellent groundwork done by the RLT. Hope to travel with you again. WING COMMANDER Y P SINGH

From the pass, one can see all the way south over the Indus valley to seemingly endless peaks and ridges of the Zanskar range, and north to the giants of the Saser massif. Nubra Valley is popularly known as Ldumra or the valley of flowers. Enjoy the warmth of bonfire(weather permitting) amidst the highest desert at Nubra valley. Night Stay in Hunder at Camp.

Seen in isolation, you could well be amongst the sand dunes of the Thar Desert. It is indeed a strange sight since in the same visual you get to see the desert, Snow-capped mountains, a river and camels, all thriving together. On the return, stop at Diskit, famous for 515 years-old Buddhist Monastery, magnificently situated on a hilltop, facing the entire Valley. Later we drive back to Leh in the late afternoon.
