Turn any encryption (WEP) off.

Boothscanbeoccupiedonlybytheexhibitormakingthereservationandcontract.Noboothscanbeoccupiedwholeorinpart,foranypurposewhatsoever,byanyotherpersonorpersonswithouttheapprovalfromChaseFordProductionManagement.Alleffortstoadvertise,demonstrateandoperatetheexhibitmustbeconductedsoasnottointerferewiththerightsofotherexhibitorsandvisitors.Noexhibitwillbepermittedwhichinterfereswiththeuseofotherexhibitsorimpedesaccesstothemorimpedesthefreeuseoftheaisles.

Allbusinessactivities,includingthedistributionofcircularsandadvertisingmatter,maybeconductedbyexhibtorsandtheirrepresentativesonlywithintheboothareaassignedtotheexhibitor.Violatorswilljeopardizetheirequesttoexhibitinfutureshows.Noexhibitorcandisplayinhis/herboothanyproducts,equipmentormerchandiseofanykindthatwasnotincludedinboothcontractdescription.Noexhibitormayofferforsaleorsellorgiveawayordistributeinanymanner,anyproducts,equipmentorfurniture,unlesstheexhibitorofsuchproductshavealsotakenaboothspacedirectlythroughshowmanagement.Anyviolationoftheabovewillre-sultnremovalfromtheexhibithallorhotel.Allexhibitincludingproducts,equipmentandfurnituremustbeconfinewhollywithintheboothspaceasshownontheofficialfloorplan.Nouseofanypurposewhatsoevermaybemadeofaislesoranyotherspaceadjacenttotheboothreserved.Chairsorseatingwillbelimitedtothecapactyofthemeasurementsofboothsandwillnotbepermittedinaislesorpassageways.



CancellationofexhibitspacemustbedirectedinwritingtoChaseFordProductions,Inc.Refundsordepositswillbemadeatthediscretionoftheshowmanagement.TherewillbenorefundsofpaymentsordepositsforcancellationsmadeafterAugust1,2013.Refundsthatareduewillbegivenwithin30daysaftershowdatehapassed.

ntheeventthattheexhibitorfailstoexhibitinthespaceallocatedtohim/heronopeningday,ChaseFordProductionsmaymakesuchuseofsaidspace,asitseesfit,withoutanyliabilitywhatsoevertotheexhibitorwhoshallremainliableforthepaymentofthetotalboothpricedueundercontract,whetherthespaceisresoldornot.

Theuseofloudspeakers,amplifiersand/orloudmusicwhichinterfereswithanotherexhibitorshallnotbeper-mitted.Controlyourvideomonitorsandsoundsystemtoavoidannoyingyourneighbors.Videomonitorsaretoberestrictedtoyourareaonly.Showmanagementreservestherighttorequiresoundsystemstobeturneddownorshutoffandmonitorsremoved.Noloudspeakers,musicvideos,ormusicofanykindwillbeallowediaoneboothspace.Small,lowpoweredsoundsystemsandvideomonitorsarepermittedwithinthelargebootandmustremainwithintheconfinesoftheboothonly.

ExhibitorsarerequiredtoobtainComprehensiveGeneralLiabilityinsurancewithminimumcombinedsinglelimtsof500,000forbodilyinjuryand/orpropertydamageinanyoneoccurrenceeitherduringtransitto/fromexhibtor’slocationtotheOrangeCountyConventionCenteroranytimeduringthedurationoftheNaturalHairandBeautyExpoandallinstallationanddismantlingperiodsandPropertyinsurancewithalimitsufficienttocovertheamountoftheExhibitor’spropertyatalltimeduringtheexpo.Insurancemustbeprovideduponrequestoshowproducer.NeitherChaseFordProductions,IncnortheOrangeCountyConventionCenterwillbeliablefdamagedoneinyourboothsuchasmalpractice,oranylossofexhibitor’spropertythroughfire,theft,accidenoranyothercause.ChaseFordProductionswillprovidesecurityduringthehourstheexhibithallisclosedforoverallprotectionofthehall,butitisunderstoodthatallproducts,equipment,furnitureandfurnishingsoftheehibitorsareplacedandexhibitedatthesoleriskoftheexhibitorandshowmanagementassumesnoresponsibtyofanykind.Itissuggestedthattheexhibitorremovevaluablesamplesandmoveableequipmentfromtheboothreservedovernight.Exhibitorsareexpectedtomaintainpersonnelintheirexhibitboothsatalltimesdur-

ngtheshowhours.Allmerchandiseandportableexhibitsaretobecoveredduringnon-exhibithours.
