Be considerate of your neighboring booths. Please note that the use of loud music or amplification is prohibited. Please be respectful of your neighbors and not be disruptive. Security will be patrolling the aisles to enforce this. Attendee No Solicitation Policy It is our hope that you have a fantastic Expo! However, attendees are not allowed to come in and talk to vendors about any events they may be hosting. We try very hard to prevent attendees from soliciting our Exhibitors. There are signs posted throughout the Exhibitor Hall & we have staff patrolling the aisles making sure attendees adhere to this policy. If you do have a problem with an attendee, please let our staff know or take a note of the attendee’s name so we can explain to them our strict No Solicitation Policy. If an attendee fails to follow this policy, we kindly ask them to leave. Thanks for your help with this! PowerLink Business Expo is a CLOSED LABOR Show For your security & safety, no outside labor companies are permitted to set-up or dismantle your booth. All labor must be ordered through The PowerLink Expo Inc directly. Labor is defined as the assistance of setting up and/or dismantle of your booth. Exhibitors are permitted to have a supervisor to oversee labor. Please arrive on time to set-up your Booth The PowerLink Expo opens promptly at 7:00 AM. If you do not have your booth set up by 6:30 AM on show day, we reserve the right to reassign and move you to a different booth location. Thank you for your cooperation. Please do not pack up your Booth until 3:30 PM on Show Days Please do not disassemble, pack up or remove your exhibit materials until 3:30 PM on Show Day. Because of fire code regulations, NO early breakdown is allowed. Please note: Empties stored during the show, will be returned to your booth after 4:00 PM.

You will be limited to ONLY two spots. Additional parking is available along the side streets. However, please DO NOT BLOCK ANY PARKING LETS OR SPACES.

CATERING CONTACT: The Taste of Gulf Coast Exhibitors will be the only exhibitors allowed to participate in offering samples and selling of their food at the event. If you have NOT registered for the Taste of the Gulf Coast Vending Spot you will not be able to offer samples of food at your booth. FOOD SAMPLING: NO other Exhibitors may bring in any food or beverage into the hall. The only exception is if an exhibitor manufactures, distributes, produces or sells food and beverage in their normal day to day operations. If and only if the exhibitor produces these items in their daily operations, they may sample food and beverage. Taste of the Gulf Coast Exhibitors are responsible for samples provided and will need liability insurance for the event. Restrictions apply. CLEAN SPACES & KITCHEN Each food vendor will have space in the kitchen and on the trade show floor to help in preparation of their food. The stove is OFF LIMITS! We tried to make sure that you were stationed near outlets on the floor, however the kitchen has microwaves you are able to use to help with heating of food.

It is important that each food vendor remembers that the space provided is a professional space. If there are any spills or dropping of food in the kitchen or in the hall near your station, you will be responsible for it. Please make sure that your areas in the kitchen as well as on the tradeshow floor is as the way you received it (CLEAN). Any spaces that are not cleaned after the show will receive a $30 clean up fee for each day your area is not cleaned that will be charged to their credit card form that will be taken on the day of the event. This will ensure our cleaning committee is compensated for having to do extra work.

AV Labor Set-Up/Dismantle Should you need support labor to assist you with setting up and/or dismantle of your AV Rentals and/or Booth, exhibitors are required to use Small Business Expo's approved labor. Set-up is during standard straight time. Dismantle is during load out, which is considered over time rates.

Our incredible Lead Scanner App lets you scan and store Attendee, Exhibitor & Sponsor contact information instantly! As you network with other attendees, you simply aim your smartphone device at the QR Code on their Name Badge. This Quick Scan will capture all of that individual’s contact information including Name, Company, Job Title, Email, Phone & Zip Code for you to follow up with after the Expo. Now you don’t have to worry about carrying (or losing) and keeping track of business cards – everything is stored in one convenient digital location. At the end of the show, you can export all of the information as a CSV file and then upload it to your address book and/or email marketing database.

We will upload all user emails into the system about a week prior to the show.

Be on the lookout for an email before the event. There you will be asked to create an account. Each company receives one set of log in credentials. You can have your entire team log in under the same email. Notes can be placed in each entry after each scan. At the end of the show, hit export, and all leads will go to the email. That spreadsheet can be shared with your entire team. NOTE - this is NOT the full registrant list.

Exhibitors MUST be packed up and booths vacated by 4:30 PM. Packages cannot be left at the Venue for next day pick up. If outbound packages are not picked up by your shipping carrier by 4:30 PM, packages will be considered trash. Any non-labeled items left on the show floor, will be considered trash and thrown out immediately after 4:00 PM. The PowerLink Expo is not responsible for any items left on the show floor.

COMMON CARRIERS (UPS/FEDEX/DHL etc.) It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to drop off their packages to the facility of their choice. Exhibitors may NOT borrow equipment to transport items. The closest Fedex location is located at.

Packages may not be left at the venue for the next day.

COMMERCIAL DRIVER PICK-UP All drivers must check in with the Registration Desk. Packages will not be released to the drivers unless a completed Bill of Lading/Material Handling Agreement has been received from the Exhibitor. If exhibitor paid for inbound material handling, the outbound material handling is included as round-trip. If exhibitor did not pay for inbound material handling, they must pay full rate of $245.00 per 100 lbs. (100 lbs. min.). Small box fee is the following: $35 for the first box, $10 for each additional. This applies to a maximum weight of 20 lbs per box. Be sure to submit cc form directly to [email protected].

Packages cannot be left at the venue for the next day.
