  • A2endees are primarily presidents,owners, directors and administrators ofprivate sector colleges and universi1esfrom across the United States and Puerto Rico.The majority of the ins1tu1ons are membersof the Associa1on of Private Sector Collegesand Universi1es (APSCU currently has nearly1,500 member ins1tu1ons). These conven1ona2endees are the decision-makers and themost inuen1al purchasers of your productsand services and typically number about 1500annually. The APSCU Conven1on & Exposi1onis the only one of its kind!

    This years exhibit hall oorwill be a showcase of allthe products and servicesavailable to college owners andadministrators. APSCU is planningspecial ac1vi1es and a2rac1onsas a means of increasing trac inthe exhibit hall. Meals orrefreshments will be oered toexhibitors and a2endees duringthe ocial exhibit hall oorhours.

    By exhibi1ng at the 2013 AnnualConven1on in Orlando, yourcompany will also be included onAPSCUs conven1on website. Thisfree adver1sing will includeyour companys descrip1on,along with the booth loca1on, sothat your clients may view thisinforma1on before they arriveonsite.

  • Exhibitors Can Access.....An Online Interac(ve FloorplanWith this system, a2endees can access yourcompany informa1on and download your boothloca1on and contact informa1on to their ownmobile devices.

    Compa(bility with Twi)er, Facebook andLinkedInThis technology will help you to capture and en-gage prospec1ve clients through the dierent socialcommuni1es and networks, con1nuous informa-1on exchange, and viral marke1ng.

    Your companys public profile in your ownhandsYou will have the ability to manage your companyprole informa1on at any 1me through this system.Any modica1on to your company informa1on willbe updated in real 1me to APSCUS conven1onwebsite.

    All booth reserva1ons must be done online. Heres how toreserve your booth space:1) Go to the Floorplan posted on the ocial Conven1on

    website (Exhibitor Sec1on) atwww.apscuconvenon.org to review boothavailability.

    2) Select your booth choice.3) Follow the steps within the online registra1on

    system.4) Before nalizing your booth registra1on, print the

    contract for booth space, review it, sign it, and fax itto 1-(866) 775-1613 by close of that business day.

    5) A"er reviewing your online booth applica1on andreceiving your contract for booth space, exhibitsmanagement will conrm your booth registra1on.

    6) Invoice/Receipt of payment will be emailed to youra2en1on.

    7) You can pay by credit card online or you may submita check with full payment within "een (15) businessdays of reserving your space. If paying by check,exhibits management will email you an invoice a"er

    the online reserva1on process is completed.8) Once the reserva1on process is completed, you will

    receive an email conrma1on with furtherinstruc1ons on how to access your exhibitor prole.Our system will provide log-in informa1on for you tomanage your companys informa1on and registeryour booth sta. You can add your companysdescrip1on any1me a"er you receive this no1ce, butkeep in mind that only changes or addions made byApril 22, 2013 will be included in the final program.A"er April 22nd, modica1ons to your companysprole will be reected on the website, but not inany onsite printed pieces.

    9) To register your booth sta: May 24, 2013 is the cut-o to register your exhibit sta online. Sincea2endee and exhibit sta registra1ons are conductedseparately, please wait un1l your exhibit boothnumber is conrmed with APSCU before registeringany sta. Detailed registra1on instruc1ons will beprovided in your conrma1on le2er.

  • ExhibitTimeThis years exhibit 1me includes: two evening recep1ons; one con1nental breakfast; one buet luncheon; and a full a"ernoon of exhibit 1me.

    Exhibit PackageYour exhibit fee includes (if requested): one fully-carpeted booth (10x10) with pipe and

    drape; one 6' skirted table; two side chairs; one trash can; and 7" x 44" booth iden1ca1on sign.

    Also Includes Each purchased booth will include 2 exhibit full

    personnel registra1ons (per 10x10 booth space),who are employees of the exhibi1ng company, toa2end all professional program mee1ngs andexhibit hall func1ons*. If addi1onal exhibit boothpersonnel are needed, $500 per person will becharged to a2end the events**.However, no more than ve (5) people per 10x10booth space will be permi2ed to register asexhibitors. If your company goes over this limit, theaddi1onal sta should register as a2endees (at theMember/NonMember a2endee rate) atwww.apscuconvenon.org.

    Your companys lis1ng in the conven1on FinalProgram and on the conven1on website includescompany name; address; telephone; websiteaddress; email address; and product/servicedescrip1on.

    And nally, the Imagine America Founda1on andAPSCU are co-hos1ng a special evening concertevent on Thursday, June 6th for all conven1ona2endees and exhibitor sta who wish to a2end.A2endance to this event is included in your exhibitbooth registra1on fees. It should be a fun, casualatmosphere to con1nue networking with yourcolleagues and conven1on a2endees. And the bestpart is a2endance is free for all registered exhibitorpersonnel!

    * Full exhibitor registra1on includes access to BreakoutSessions, General Sessions, Exhibit Hall events andThursday evenings Concert event.

    ** Please Note: In the event of a wri2en cancella1on, 30%of the registra1on fee will be retained to coveradministra1ve costs. A"er May 24, 2013, NO refunds willbe given. Subs1tu1ons can be done also by emailing arequest to [email protected] by May 17th. A"er May17th, all subs1tu1ons must be done onsite at theexhibitor onsite registra1on counter.

    To ensure that your company is included on theconven1on website and in the Onsite Final Program,please remember to complete the Exhibitor Prole onthe APSCU site by April 22, 2013.
