IntroductionA real-time pareto chart is a pareto chart (a pareto chart ranks highest to lowest) we build through observations. It gives us an easy way to start

identifying where we need to work further. We do not need to set aside time to do it, we just mark

what we see as we go. What follows are 7 steps to execute a real-time pareto. Follow the visuals and
