WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM AND HOW IS MY ORDER DELIVERED? Sisters’ Gourmet is located in Winder, GA, just outside of Atlanta. We ship Monday-Friday via FedEx Ground. All in-stock orders should be shipped within 3 to 5 business days. Should you wish to track your package online, simply call our Shipping Department at 770.338.1388 for a tracking number. There is an additional charge to ship to either a residential or rural address.

IMPORTANTPlease Note Summer Shipping Policy: Due to the potential melting of chocolate as a result of the summer heat, shipping layered cookie mixes during the summer is discouraged and done at the customer’s risk. WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE? Our gourmet mixes are best if enjoyed within one year. Products are coded with an expiration date.

WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD TERMS? Wholesale opening orders and reorders are a minimum order of 4 cases (24 pcs). Initial orders are shipped prepaid with Visa, MasterCard, or check. Net 30 credit can be applied for after two orders within one year by contacting our Sales Department at [email protected].

WILL I GET EXACTLY WHAT IS PICTURED? Sometimes manufacturers discontinue designs and we have to switch to a similar design.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? A return authorization number must accompany all returned product. Contact our Shipping Department at 770.338.1388 to receive one. Shipping charges to return product are the responsibility of our customers. Any item that has a broken seal is not eligible for a refund.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED? To ensure against breakage, we use the utmost care when packing our products, and therefore have very few reports of damage. If you should receive damaged merchandise however, please notify us within 7 days, and we will be happy to reship your product to you.

PLEASE NOTE: In order to file a claim with FedEx, or your chosen carrier, it is important that you keep the damaged box and its content in their entirety.
