Our new conversion technology allows us to translate practice data from your previous softwareprogram into AVImark more quickly and accurately.

Each software conversion is done in two passes. The First Pass acts as a “trial run” and givesyou the opportunity to set up your hardware, begin the basic setup of the software, and beginthe data transfer and backups. You can see a first pass of your converted data in as little as four weeks, and it’s typically correct the first time, not requiring further manual editing.

The Final Pass updates your client and patient records from the time your First Pass backup wasmade. Once we receive and convert your final data backup, your conversion process is complete.
