ExplanationSimple present
Use action words to talk about habits and routines, such as a hobby or things that you do regularly or everyday, or something that is always true.
You usually add an 's' to action words that are used with he, she or it.
Examples: I walk to school every morning.
That I walk to school is a routine. It is something I do everyday.
You play guitar. That you play guitar is a hobby. It is something you do regularly.
They go to Spain each summer. That they go to Spain each summer is something they do
regularly. It is something they do each summer. With some verbs you add an ‘es’ the the end with he, she
or it, such as ‘go’ and ‘do’.Examples:
He goes to bed early. That he goes to bed early is a routine.
She does her homework everyday. That she does her homework is a routine.
