How about this camera gimbal runs for you? And are there any good performances or disadvantages for you to play it? For any camera gimbal, if you do not run it at a correct way, then there will be some accidents happen on that.

Here are some problems which may happen on your camera gimbal:

1. It is hard to control the camera gimbal2. The Martinez Board is out of control3. Some functions of the camera gimbal cannot be carried out4. Code converter's signal indicator light doesn't work

For the above situations, we should do some works to troubleshoot and then find the ways to solve these problems.

If the camera gimbal is hard to control, then you should to check some components of the camera gimbal. If the code rotating light is not shining, you should check the software settings including the Martinez Board agreement, COM port, baud rate, parity bit, data bits and stop bit.

Change a new COM port once the old one has been damaged. The camera gimbal is still not working after you have done all the adjustments of these settings, then you should open the 9-25 needle converter interface to check whether the lines are 2-2, 3-3 and 5-7.

The Martinez Board is out of control, for this problem, you can check whether the Martinez Board can supply power normally, is that the code converter setting at the certain signal of 485, make sure the Martinez Board agreement is set correctly, and the baud rate setting and Martinez Board matched well.

If you find that there are some functions of the camera gimbal cannot be carried out, then you can have a look at the chain line between the Martinez Board and code converter, whether they were connected wrong and is that the protective tube has been broken.

Before you use your camera gimbal, you should first of all make sure that all the connection lines connect well. The camera gimbal and the camera lens are in their own fixed position; the voltage and output of the Martinez Board are in their collect way.

All camera gimbals are fully tuned and tested before shipping out, while if you can’t put your camera on your favorite angle, you may consider upgrading the firmware to make it work better.
