The Memorial Angel The Memorial Angel was created for our chapel at the Toronto Catholic District School Board. Each year the plaque below the Angel is engraved with the names of all TCDSB employees and students that have died in the previous school year. The Angel represents eternal guardianship, comfort and peace for the deceased and their families. Each family is presented with an angel in memory of their loved one. Eternal rest grant unto them, O Lord. And let perpetual light shine upon them. May they rest in peace. May their souls and the souls of all the faithful departed, through the mercy of God rest in peace.
