Why use PowerPoint slides?• I’ve worked for a number of entrepreneurs.• Many of them have traditional approaches to their

work and their businesses.• These businesses have been sold or restructured or

have become financially stretched.• I left these businesses on good terms.• Many of these entrepreneurs do not use computers

very much. • Most of them are not ‘Linked In’.

Comments on these recent work experiences

• Pro Tec was acquired by Brainhunter.• Valiant Property Management outsourced its property

management operations, and downsized from 70 staff to 6 staff.

• People-To-Go owners scaled back on an ambitious strategy, and downsized most of the senior management team.

• Hunter Farms did not receive funding for its biomass initiative, and needed to cut its salary costs.

• AFM Industries downsized its workforce by 15% as a result of declining revenues.

• LPA Solutions engaged me in a contract role to review and improve financial and administrative processes.
