Subject: Reference Letter for Kirill Malyutin

To whomsoever it may concern,

I am writing this letter on behalf of Kirill Malyutin who was my student in the undergraduatebusiness course-Consumer Behaviour (MKT 3230)----offered by the Asper School of Businessduring the Fall Term of 2012.I interacted with Kirill in my capacity as his course instructor bothwithin and outside the classroom and was favourably impressed by him.

The consumer behavior course involves an understanding of customer motivations and decisionmaking in a variety of individual and group settings. The final grades were assessed on the basisof written examinations, a group-based research project, class participation, and assignments. Mymain impressions of Kirill were that of a hard-working, sincere, and capable student.

Based on my observations, Kirill is a responsible and mature individual. He has good writtenand oral communications skills. He worked well with other students and contributed strongly ongroup work. This is a positive indicator of his ability to function well in teams as he proceeds inhis career. He has a good understanding of business concepts (and especially those that aremarketing-related). His course-work, coupled with his work experience in various capacities, make him a good candidate as he seeks to further his career path.

Kirill is a good person and was a pleasure to know. I am happy to write this reference letter forhim. Please feel free to contact me in case more information is required.

Sincerely,
