June & December was founded with an adventurous spirit and the belief that extraordinary design is

more than an item: it is the feeling that is evoked when you discover your next great find. We celebrate

that idea by bringing unexpected contrasts together with our paper, textile and gift products while

striving to connect with your customers in a soulful way.

Everything we do, from the designs we create to the materials we select and how we package our

products, is meticulously considered. We live (happily and oh-so-gleefully) in the details, with the

creed that the littlest things make the biggest differences.

We relish not just great design, but great materials and the perfect imperfections that make each item

unique. We believe the warmth of hand in our work lends character to every item, and we hope your

customers can feel the difference.

A B O U T O U R D E S I G N S

Katie’s designs explore the harmony between rustic and refined while striving to find a balance between

multiple mediums. She combines her hand-drawn illustrations, graphic designs, original patterns and

use of typography while creating her artwork. Whether it’s what sparked her inspiration, how it was

created, or the meaning behind the design, they all share a piece of what’s behind the brand of

June & December.

Being born and raised near Detroit, Michigan has given us a unique perspective to not only see how

important American manufacturing is, but to feel the real difference in American craftsmanship. The

pride of the craftswomen and men, the gentle care of materials, the attention to detail and quality. It’s

not always about the bottom line for us; it’s about delivering the difference.

We’re proud to say that everything at June & December is printed, finished and assembled by hand in

the US, with nearly 100% of our raw materials sourced from the US as well. We do however

understand that we live in a global economy, and as such, we consider select international raw

materials as necessary in order to ensure we deliver outstanding overall products.

Nonetheless, we want you to know that when you order June & December products, you are supporting

the American families of the women and men that handcraft our products with precision, care and

quality right here in the US. We believe there’s a difference.

We currently accept payment via credit card (AMEX, Visa, MasterCard, Discover), PayPal, Dwolla or pre-paid check. Cards will not be charged until order is shipped if payment information is collected at the time of order.

Net 30 terms may be extended to accounts that have an established history with us, and have an excellent credit history with references available. Late payments incur a late fee of 10% per month. No orders for accounts with a past-due balance will be shipped until outstanding payment has been made.

O R D E R T U R N A R O U N D T I M E

Our typical turnaround time is within 3-5 business days, however turnaround times may vary. Certain items may also require additional processing time depending on the items and quantities ordered, and we will provide you with an estimated processing time for your order if additional time is necessary.

P L E A S E N O T E : Order turnaround times will be longer for orders placed during trades shows or immediately following trade shows. Show turnaround times will be available with our show information or upon request.

B A C K O R D E R S

From time to time certain products may be out of stock when your order is placed. We will notify you of any items that are back-ordered and, if instructed, we will proceed to ship all items in stock from your current order. All out-of-stock items ship free-of-charge when these items are ready, and will ship immediately unless instructed otherwise.

S H I P P I N G & H A N D L I N G

All shipping & handling costs will be included on your final invoice and will be charged at the time of payment. We mostly ship via USPS Priority Mail and FedEx Ground based on the best combination of cost and speed. All orders ship from our studio in Troy, Michigan. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost for any time-sensitive orders. June & December is not responsible for any carrier delays. International shipments ship via USPS International or UPS Standard. International customers are responsible for paying all customs and duties fees.

C A N C E L L A T I O N S , R E T U R N S + E X C H A N G E S

We ask that all cancellations or changes to your open order be submitted by phone or email within 24 hours of placing your order, or within 5 days if placed at a trade show. Last minute reductions to your order may result in a restocking fee for up to 20% of the total deducted from your order. Defective items may be exchanged for product or credit and must be reported by phone or email within 5 days of receipt. All merchandise must be returned unopened, unused and in its original packaging, and be postmarked within 5 business days of reporting. Refused packages will be charged full shipping, handling and any other charges incurred. We do not accept returns on unsold seasonal merchandise.

O N L I N E S A L E S

If you plan to sell any of our goods online, either exclusively or in addition to your brick & mortar store, we require that full credit be given to June & December within the product description. Additionally, written approval must be obtained in order to use any of our photography or product copy on your own website. Failure to meet either requirement may result in account termination. Retailers may not sell our products on third party online platforms (i.e. eBay, Amazon, etc.)

D I S P L AY + P A C K A G I N G

Our products will be delivered in their finished packaging and ready to display. With the exception of our art prints, all of our products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging. Card sets, Towel Sets and Napkin Sets come packaged together, and may not be broken up and sold individually. Failure to comply may result in account termination.

Hang tags are available for Pencil Sets and Treat Bag Kits, and must be requested at the time of order. Please contact us if you have any ques-tions regarding our packaging, or have any special packaging requests/requirements.
