STELLA MARIS CATHOLIC PRIMARY SCHOOL FAMILY FUN DAY HEALTH AND WELL-BEING EXPO At Stella Maris we are focused on building strong communities and pride ourselves in the dedication we have to our school families’ health and wellbeing – so for the first time we are happy to launch our Health and Wellbeing Expo as part of our Annual Family Fun Day. The Stella Maris Catholic Primary School Family Fun Day is on Saturday the 1st of March 2014. We are looking for one of each allied health or well being service to be represented at the Family Fun Day – As an exhibitor you will be provided with an opportunity to promote your business to all the families at Stella Maris and the wider community. Our schools Past Family Fun Days have been a huge success with thousands of attendees. The cost for the Exhibition Stand Position is $60.00 - you will need to provide your own exhibition stand, marquee, chair, table and any other items you may need. If you would like to be involved as an exhibitor at the Stella Maris Family Fun Day Health and Wellbeing Expo please email [email protected]. Alternatively you can fill in the attached form. **Please note – We will only have 1 type of each business. Acceptance of your stand will be on a first in first placed basis. HEALTH AND WELLBEING EXPO GUIDELINES PAGE 1 OF 3 TYPES OF EXHIBITS Permitted: - Acupuncture Allergy Testing Alternative Healing Aromatherapy Artwork Astrology and numerology Aura photography and reading Chakra balancing Chiropractic Clothing Complementary medicines Cosmetics and skincare Crystals Environmental services Feng Shui Giftware & Jewellery Green Products Herbal Medicines Holistic services Life Coaching Massage Meditation Music Natural therapies New age books Nutrition and dietary advice Organic food Personal development Pilates Psychic readings Reflexology Reiki Schools, education and courses Spas and health retreats Spiritual healing Stress relief Yoga Not permitted - Raffles, charitable donations, lucky dips, any activity undertaken or product sold by the organizing group at the Family Fun Day SITES Sites have a 1.8 metre wide frontage and 1.5 metre wide depth. If your exhibit requires more space than this, two or more sites should be booked. If more than one site is required these will be placed side by side, unless otherwise requested. The Health and Wellbeing Expo will be located around the grounds of the school. Sites may be located on the grassed areas or concrete. 2 weeks prior to the event the Health and Wellbeing Expo Coordinator will contact you advising you if your site is sheltered or not. It is up to the exhibitor if they want to provide shelter for themselves based on the information given. Sites do not have access to power.

If you have not received any contact within five days please contact the Fun Day Committee via the above email. FEE The fee for an exhibit is a donation to the school of $60 per site. Donations must be paid upon application to secure your place. Payment methods accepted are: Cash, Cheque or Direct Deposit. Payments can also be made in person at the school’s office or sent by mail to the address above, Payments By Cheque To: Stella Maris CPS Parents & Friends Direct Deposit Account Name: Stella Maris CPS Parents & Friends BSB: 633-000 Acct Number: 127909265 Ref: (Exhibitor Name) SITE ALLOCATION The Family Fun Day Health and Wellbeing Expo Coordinator will allocate exhibitors to their site. Exhibit allocations and a site map will be sent out to you along with a receipt no later than the week preceding the 2014 Family Fun Day. ARRANGEMENTS ON THE DAY Exhibitors are to report to the Volunteers desk upon arrival at the school and ask for the: Family Fun Day Health and Wellbeing Expo Coordinator, who will then direct them to their allocated site. Any exhibitor that does not set up on their allocated site will be asked to relocate to their site immediately. Setup Time: From 8:30am to 9:45am (LATE ARRIVALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED) Pack Up Time: From 3:30pm (Must be packed up by 4:30pm) No Vehicle access until after 4pm Exhibitors will be permitted to drive their vehicles onto the school grounds to deliver/collect products and equipment during set-up/pack up times only.

HEALTH AND WELLBEING EXPO GUIDELINES PAGE 3 OF 3 ASSISTANCE ON THE DAY Exhibitors are to direct any concerns or requests for assistance on the day to the Health and Wellbeing Expo Coordinator. CLEANING Exhibitors are responsible for clearing and cleaning of their site area at the conclusion of the day. The Exhibitors must remove all rubbish and unsold goods from the school grounds. EQUIPMENT Exhibitors must provide all equipment to display their services (e.g. trestles, chairs, tarps, displays, shade etc). RISK MANAGEMENT Exhibitors must take every precaution to display their site in such a manner as to avoid tripping risks or other hazards to themselves, other exhibitors and any member of the public. Exhibitors recognise that Stella Maris Primary School or the Stella Maris Parents and Friends Group does not take responsibility for any loss or damage to any items at the expo and that they display items entirely at their own risk. PHOTOGRAPHS Exhibitors consent to have photographs of them and their exhibit and to allow these photos to be used, at no cost, in a range of documents to promote the event and/or school.
