    In the fa l l of I966 land was purchased f o r a mis s i o n home and achiorch building in a now rapidlygrowing area of Tomakomai. The miss ion hone was b u i l t wi th th e fundsob t a i n ed f rom th e Obih i r o mi s s i o nland and house when the Fabers cameto Tcsnakomai in 1968,

Permiss ion to ijse th e other p lo tof farm land they had purchased wasf inal ly granted af te r 2 years of lega l negot ia t ions , A c lea r title hasnow been secured to pave the way forthe church building.

Using plariS secured through Mr. 0,T. Sparrow of Miami Springs, Floridj^the Fabers have been working onplans for the local building. Although the layout i s not f ina l thebuilding wil l be about 1680 sq, f t .with an auditorium, 3 class rocsns, asmall office, a cry room and a bapt i s t r y . It wi l l cos t a miniri ium of$10,000 and maybe more for even themost modest building.

    Obviously it wil l be necessaryto depend on Ameri can churches tohelp f inance the building. The contract with the city when obtainingpermission to change the land to ar e s i d e n t i a l l o t c al l e d fo r th e b ui lding to te bu i l t within 1 year , TKi^~t e rminates in 1971,
