EDN Group of companies was incorporated in 1997 with the aim of constructing and developing in the real estate marketspecilazed in offering a vast range of different products focused in the industrial sector.

EDN Group is a construction firm with over 15 years' experience. Present in every aspect of its sector, it has the technical, humanand financial resources to be able to meet the demand for every kind of project. Strongly client-focused, EDN Group has alarge multidisciplinary team of staff with a wealth of experience in all the company's branches of business and high innovativeability – all geared towards carrying out customized works for companies and public bodies, both in Spain and abroad, to thehighest standards of quality, sustainability and environmental care.

Over the years, the initial activities based on the industrial business have evoluted into a wider range of products going from theconstruction and developing of industrial and logistics áreas, to the execution of important projects of office and redidentialbuildings, as well as the urbanization of industrial área.

EDN has carried out it main activity in Spain although an important number of developments have been achieved. However, thegroup is expanding to other countries focused in the African market using its know-how obtained along the years ofexperience of our management team.

The main activities done by the companies are the construction, in different fields, and the property development:

The company constructs different kind and size of buildings, according to our customer needs, tailor-made, having a capacity ofconstructing warehouses of over 100.000 sq m per year with the highest standards of quality for cold and dry store with adelivery deadline in relation to the scope of the Project and the customers needs

Our turnkey service fulfils the need to suit buildings and constructions to the particular requirements of each client's business, and offers the convenience and advantages of dealing with just one company.

EDN´s technical team work closely with clients, analyzing and assessing their needs and offering suitable solutions: from the initial design work, to the work on site – including handling applications for permits, and project management – to the handing over of the finished premises.

The end-to-end management of all the construction processes helps optimize completion times, costs, and the quality of the job.

I. CONSULTANCY AND STUDYOur team of professionals does a pre-phase of listening to our customers 'needs and budget in order to have as much information as possible before the study. EDN will prepare an initial and basic NEEDS PROGRAM.

II. DESIGN AND QUOTATIONNext step in our turnkey process is to design in the most cost-effective way our customer´s projects and offer a clear quotation indicating the deadlines of each milestone in the constructive process.

III. FULL PROJECT AND ENGINEERINGOnce an agreement has been signed with our customers, our team draws up a plan that will be checked and approved locally before commencing the construction. A FULL PROJECT will be handed over to our clients.

In the field of engineering works from the technical audit of companies, through the implementation of projects and execution of the works, the application and monitoring of grants, procedures and legalization, negotiating with suppliers, etc.
