Gary,

I have some good news regarding the dental equipment. Dan Street has reviewed T.CA. regarding the disposal of thedental equipment. He has reviewed both T.C.A. 12-3-1005 & 5-7-101. He is basing his analysis on T.C.A. 5-7-101 CountyPowers Generally which states:

Each county may acquire and hold property forcounty purposes, and make all contracts necessary or expedient for themanagement, control and improvement thereof, and for the better exercise of its civil and political powers, and maymake anyorder for the disposition of its property.

So with this being said) Dan states that it would require County Commission approval, if you have any additionalquestions, please let me know. Hope this helps!

Thanks Ir
