Company’s Background

VISTA INFINITY DEVELOPMENT SDN BHD (VIDSB), a member of Vista Group was established in May

2006 following the earlier success of housing business ventured by Mr. Asri Ahmad, the company’s

Managing Director.

VIDSB’s main objective is to involve in housing and property development projects and at the same time

offers various related services as property consultant, property management and contractor. The

company has completed housing projects valued of about RM27 million in Kelantan & Perak.

Now, VIDSB is reviewing a few proposals of housing projects in Selangor and Perak. In the meantime the

company is to undertake housing construction projects in Terengganu and Selangor.

VIDSB formed a strategic partnership with a group of architecture firms, legal firms, engineering

companies and contractors throughout the country to provide the best services to all clients. The

company is now ready to undertake individual housing construction projects range from RM200,000.00

to RM3,000,000.00 especially in Terengganu, Selangor and Perak.

VIDSB has drafted a steady plan to grow its business through constructions and housing development

activities. It has recently appointed 20 Project Sales Coordinators mainly in Selangor and Terengganu to

market its housing construction services and will team up with a number of reliable sub-contractors in

the implementation of the construction activities.

As part of the company’s strategic business plan, VIDSB through Genius IQ Resources will conduct a

serial of property & housing development seminar in all major towns in Malaysia within a few month

times. Through this seminar, VIDSB will have the opportunity to meet especially with the new industry

players as well as promoting its business services. VIDSB will invite representatives from financial

institutions, local authorities, land offices and legal experts to share their knowledge and expertise with

the participants in the seminar.

Within the next three years, VIDSB will focus its business on the housing and property development

projects. VIDSB is studying a few feasibilities of proposed development sites in Selangor and Perak for its

new housing development projects.

The company welcomes any joint venture proposals from property owners throughout the country on

the possibility to develop their land into a profitable housing project.

VIDSB main objective is to actively participate in housing and property development projects. It

has always become the company’s main priority at all time. VIDSB is also looking forward for any

joint development projects with other parties.

Since its inception in 2006, VIDSB has completed a terrace housing project consist of 37 units of

single storey terrace unit in Mukim Lubok Jong, Jajahan Pasir Mas, Kelantan and about 100 units

of bungalow houses in Kelantan, Selangor and Perak.

VIDSB is now reviewing a few proposals on housing development projects in Selangor and

Kelantan.

In the near future VIDSB plans to embark to a luxury condominium project in Kota Bharu,

Kelantan. The proposed condominium project is now at the stage of negotiation with the land

owner and another company in Kota Bharu.

• Housing Construction

VIDSB is an expert house builder. It has so far constructed various type of bungalows range from

1300 square feet to 3500 square feet in size. Therefore housing construction is always becomes

the company’s passion. VIDSB is confident to meet client’s expectation with all expertise and

experience on housing construction.

At present, the company has setup a special task force to implement its marketing strategy in

dealing with housing construction business. It has appointed about 20 Project Sales Coordinator

mainly active in Terengganu, Kelantan and Selangor to secure housing construction projects

from individual client in the states.

With this strategy and task force, VIDSB is confident to secure of at least 20 – 30 housing

construction projects in this three states within a year.

• Design & Built

Apart from housing construction, VIDSB is also provides full and comprehensive services to its

clients. Clients will have no worry about design, house plan and approval from the local

authority, legal aspects and financing as well as the construction of their houses. It is all will be

taking care by the company.

In order to provide excellent services, VIDSB has teamed up with a list of panel architecture

firms, legal firms and sub-contractors who are well prepared to undertake design and built

projects at any time.

The company has always maintains good and strong reputation among bankers, local authorities

and related agencies toward better efficiency in its services.

• Property Development Seminar

VIDSB through its unit, Genius IQ Resources has designed a special seminar entitled “Menjana

Kekayaan Melalui Pembangunan Hartanah” to promote property & development business

especially among new Bumiputra entrepreneurs.

The seminar “Menjana Kekayaan Melalui Pembangunan Hartanah” will be held in major towns

in Malaysia throughout the year 2013 aimed to share the company’s experience and expertise in

housing business as well as to help promoting faster development activities in certain areas in

Malaysia.

VIDSB plans to cooperate with associations such as DPMM and other interested parties in

organizing the seminar.

The property development seminar is also a part of the company’s business plan to promote its

services and getting new prospects for future business expansion.
