Dalltech International Ltd (DIL) is incorporated in Nigeria. DIL is an affiliate of

CES International Services, Inc, Houston, Texas. We have a staff of

approximately 33 employees in 2 major offices and fields in Nigeria. Every

employee is an owner of the company and our work record reflects the pride and

professionalism of employee owners.

DIL is into strategic alliance with foreign professional and local organizations to

rovide ran e of diverse services. DIL has drawn ex erience from this alliance and

therefore offers it’s clients the ability to draw on the financial resources,

Engineering, Manpower, Construction, Maintenance, Marine and Procurement

expertise, manpower available from an internationally recognized firm in the Oil &

all alliance companies. All supervisory personnel have studied at

universities and have acquired a number of university degrees. Field

personnel undergo extensive local and overseas training and must

maintain a required level of competency. Dalltech also benefits

companies both in Nigeria and USA.

exercise and other projects. Likewise with offices in two Nigerian major cities, Dalltech

is able to quickly mobilise regardless of the project location or procurement country.

Safety/Community Af fairs Policies

Dalltech International Limited is fully committed to the enhancement of the

Community, Health, Safety, Environment and Security (CASHES) issue at all times and

re ared to ensure that these oals are achieved and sustained. In the case of each

Project, Dalltech appoints a community liaison manager who is responsible for

establishing and maintaining contact with any local community that are affected by the

contamination and its remediation. Each community is also offered the opportunity to
