Spent catalyst is to scrap that its function is

deteriorated after using catalyst such as chemical

company, oil refine company, food company and

pharmaceutical company.

Catalyst is called a flower of chemical industry and is

used to control the reaction velocity in the various

kinds of process.

Positive catalyst is to accelerate a reaction velocity

but negative catalyst is to decelerate it.

Dust can be defined a minute substance

approximately 100μm ~ 0.01μm through cyclone, bag

filter and dust collector device and can be mainly

occurred as following process ; metal machining,

melting, smelting, incineration, crushing,

pulverization, cutting.

inorganic sludge. And inorganic sludge is divided

wastewater and process sludge. The former can

be occurred the process of metal plating, acid

washing and incineration after the treatment of

wastewater and the latter can be occurred during

processing without the process of wastewater.
