The Alpina Gstaad partners with Detox Delight to promote mind and body wellness this winter 21 November The Six Senses Spa at The Alpina Gstaad will partner with nutrition specialist Detox Delight this December to promote well-being and healthy living through the Detox Delight Retreat, a programme designed especially for the Hotel to encourage restorative detoxing. The two to seven day Detox Delight Retreat combines a juice cleanse, Alpina Life Cuisine, together with treatments in the Six Senses Spa, including lymphatic draining, bandage wraps and salt inhalations alongside meditation and Chakra balancing. The programme offers guests the chance to purify their bodies through simple, gentle, and easy cleansing. Meals in the Detox Delight Retreat offer a PH balanced, pro-biotic diet enhanced with superfoods designed to boost the immune system, speed up the metabolism, increase energy levels and stimulate weight loss. This holistic approach to nutrition ensures physical and spiritual benefits upon completion of the wellness retreat.
