Windows POS
Biztech has launched Windows POS extension and associated mobile app to place orders
anytime, anywhere on behalf of your customers. It is Ideal for event stalls and expos or any
place where you are meeting customers offline. Merchants can view all the store information
which includes order details, product details and customer details. Merchants can also view,
edit, delete, select, change and place orders through their Windows devices.

2. Features
2.1. Dashboard
With dashboard get the overview about the sales of your store. You will get a graphical chart of
your sales data for better scrutiny of your sales. It can help you get all relevant details about
orders, products and customers thus keeping you updated about your online store.

2.2. Orders
The order module gives details of the orders placed through your store along with their order
status. The status of order will be “Processing”, “Canceled” and “Delivered” which will be
reflected.
You can search for the orders based on various filters.
You can also generate invoice for the placed order from Windows POS.

2.3. Customer
With customer module you can handle store’s customers on the move
You can create a new customer for your store from Windows POS.
You can also edit details of the existing store customer and can contact with the customer via
mail or call from the app.

The product module of our application is used to display all the products on your store. You can:
Filter products using various parameters

2.5. Point of Sale
With Windows POS get the functionality of placing the order on behalf of your customers. You
can go through the procedure of placing the order utilizing your Windows tablet or PC.
Select the product/s by browsing through categories and add them to cart.
Add customer for whom you are placing the order.

It is possible to configure the discount price if any. (Admin has the authority)
The product quantity and attributes can also be changed while placing the order
Using POS, products can be filtered as per selected categories
Customers account can be created by entering billing/shipping address and other

2.6. Check Out Procedure
Checkout will allow you to proceed for checkout after placing the order. It will display the details
of your chosen order. Thus you can modify the order even at this stage. The checkout page will
include the following details:
