To import data in QuickBooks, we used the freely available Web Connector for the

QuickBooks.

We have developed a PHP based Integration Gateway which runs on our Server. It receives

data from Magento and passes it to the QuickBooks system.

Our Gateway uses central DB which stores all the data temporarily so in case if other system

is down, all data is synced well once the destination system is up.

We can also set-up other modules in integration and make it two-way as per requirement.

3. Biztech Integration Gateway

- Our Integration Gateway also provides a GUI which gives up to date information on what data

has synced between both the systems. Following are some of the sections:

3.1. Dashboard

Our solution allows Admin to login within the integration gateway and access the

dashboard.

The dashboard shows interactive charts and tabs for ease of access to Admin.

Sync Issues and Sync Logs can be accessed from the menu for better support.




3.2 Customer Module

Complete portfolio of your customer with their specific account details is integrated in

Magento.

User can view customer profile with details synced.

All activity in QB gets directly reflected in Magento, like First Name, Last Name,

Company, Contact No, Email, Fax, Billing Address, Shipping Address, Terms etc. in sync

process.




3.3 Product Module

It offers a complete overview of the accounting/sales and inventory details of any

product of specific customer.

We have used product module of Magento with basic details as below:

i. Item Name

ii. Manufacturer’s Part Number

iii. Sales Price

iv. On Hand (Quantity) etc. in sync process.




3.4 Invoice Module

A complete picture of sales and invoice details. It reflects customer name, open balance,

contact details, addresses etc.

We have used Invoice module of Magento for Invoice and Invoice lines. For Invoice

Module, we have used basic details like Invoice No. Customer, Customer Message, Ship

date, Due date, FOB, P.O Number, Terms, Items, rate, Quantity, Amount, Total VAT etc.

in sync process.




3.5 Credit-memo Module

A complete picture of credit-memo details. It reflects customer name, contact details,

addresses etc.

We have used Credit Memo module of Magento for Credit memo and Credit memo

lines. For Credit memo Module, we have used basic details like Credit-memo no,

Customer, Customer Message, Date, Items, rate, Qty, Amount etc. in sync process.
