SUGARCRM -MAGENTO INTEGRATION

- SugarCRM-Magento Integration is two way process. We can integrate data from SugarCRM to

Magento and vice versa.

- Our Integration covers 4 modules. We can further do customizations to add up more Modules.

- Our Integration uses:

We have developed Custom Magento Plugin, which needs to be installed in your

Magento copy to use the integration process. We have used all default modules of

Magento.

We have developed Custom SugarCRM Plugin, which needs to be installed in your

SugarCRM copy. We use custom modules for Category, Order, Product and default

module for Customers.




We have developed a PHP based Integration Gateway that runs on our Server. It

receives data from SugarCRM & Magento and passes it on to the other system. When

integration starts, we first transfer Data from Magento to SugarCRM & then from

SugarCRM to Magento.

Our Gateway uses central DB that stores all the data temporarily so in case if other

system is down, all data is synced well once the destination system is up.

- The below table shows the linkage of modules, that can be considered.

3. Biztech Integration Gateway - Our Integration Gateway also provides a GUI, which gives up-to-date information on what data

has synced between both the systems. Following are some of the Sections:

3.1. Dashboard

Our solution allows Admin to login into the integration gateway and access dashboard.

The dashboard shows the interactive charts and tabs for ease of access to Admin.

Synced Issues and Synced Logs can be accessed from the menu for better support.




3.2. Customer Module

Complete portfolio of your customer with their specific account details is integrated in

SugarCRM.

User can view customer profile with synced details.

All activity in Magento gets directly reflected in SugarCRM, like First Name, Last Name,

Email, Billing Address, Shipping Address, etc. in syncing process.




3.3. Category Module

It offers a complete overview of product categories.

We have used customized module in SugarCRM for Categories. For Category Module, we

have used basic details like Category and Parent Category.




3.4. Product Module

It offers a complete overview of the accounting/sales and inventory details of any product of

specific customer.

We have used customized module of SugarCRM with basic details like SKU, Name, Type, Short

Description, Description, Price etc. in syncing process.

We have managed Category and Product Attributes of product from Magento to SugarCRM.

We have included three types of products in syncing process.

o Configurable

o Grouped




3.5. Sales Module

A complete picture of sales and order status details. It reflects customer name, product details,

addresses, payment method, order amount etc.

We have used customized module in SugarCRM for Order and Order lines. If product of Order

Line exists in CRM, then Order Line will be synced. For Order Module, we have used basic

details like Order No. Customer, Customer Address, Shipping Description, Payment Method,

Items, rate, Qty, Amount, Grand Total etc. in syncing process.

installing our SugarCRM Plugin &Magento Plugin.

- We also create account for you in our Integration Gateway, which handles all communication

between two systems. There is recurring charge to use the Integration Gateway that covers

Support & Updates in the Gateway.

- We are committed to this integration and will be releasing new version with more

enhancements in timely manner.
