What are Crystals

A Crystal has both ornamental and functional properties. It is used widely for healing. There is amethod in which a Crystal is placed on the body or around the body for healing; this type of healingis known as Crystal healing. It is very old method of healing. Even during ancient times, Crystalswere used to heal and to restore the balance. Crystals assist in energy healing and help in clearingand releasing negative energies. This type of healing is about 5000 thousands years old. It was usedin Egypt, China and India. There are different types of Crystals, which are found in different shape, color, size and composition.Each Crystal has its own qualities. These qualities come from their mineral content, their owninherent geometry and the frequency of color that they emit.

Use of Crystal

Crystals can be used in different ways:

Worn on body

We often wear Crystals just for the sake of adornment, without knowing the properties of the Crystals. But it is alwaysadvisable to wear Crystal pendant or ear-ring or bracelet or any form of Crystal accessory after knowing the result of it.Depending upon the placement of Crystal in our body, its effect varies. Bathroom utilization

You can utilize Crystals by keeping it in your bath water or at the edge of the bath tub.
