Memorial Day Parade will step

off at 10 a.m. on Monday, May

28. Marchers will line up at 9:30

a.m. at the courthouse.

Services will be held at the

courthouse, at the White Creek

bridge on Archibald Street, and

at the Revolutionary War,

Evergreen and Catholic ceme-

teries. The American Legion

also will hold a 9 a.m. service

at the park in Shushan.

turning onto Main Street. The

parade will feature marchers

Elmwood Cemetery on Depot

Road in North Granville, begin-

Castleton State College seeks a Senior Mechanical Systems

Technician to perform all functions of one of the following skilled

trades at a senior level – plumbing, electrical; HVAC; safety systems.

Ensure safe operation of basic campus systems on a continual basis,

coordinating with other areas of the Facilities Department as necessary.

To oversee and train other technicians assigned to tasks and projects

and to assist in other areas of mechanical systems as needed.

High school diploma, plus five to ten years of relevant experience and

training in a specific area or a combination of education and

experience which comparable knowledge and skills are acquired.

Applicant must have highest certification in specific area (i.e. Master

Electrician; Master Plumber). Flexibility required due to shift schedule

changes as necessary. Some evening and weekend work.

Salary for this VSC Grade 12 position is $30,214.00 annually, plus an

excellent benefit package. This position is included in the VSCSF
