is a world class designer and manufacturer of Hydrogen On Demand Fuel Systems (HOD), or Fuel Cells. Our Products are designed to decrease harmful toxic emissions and increase fuel efficiency by 10% to 35%, depending on the age and condition of the combustion engine. Units are currently available for all vehicles including cars, SUVs, eighteen wheelers, boats, buses, locomotives and yachts.

UFS fuel savers units are engineered to withstand the rigors of the harsh environment, they are applied to. Each part is designed and engineered to meet or exceed military standards. You can rest assured that these units will operate, trouble free, for the life of your vehicle.

The units look simple but are very complex. External components have been streamlined and integrated internally so installation is as easy as possible.

Units vary in weight from 20 to 45 lbs and can mounted securely in various locations on any vehicle. Units can be easily installed at a dealer near you in about the time it takes to get an oil change. You can also have the UFS system installed at your location by a certified HOD installer. Whatever the vehicle, easy mounting solutions are available.

Once installed, the 10 to 35% increase in fuel efficiency results in an equivalent decrease in fuel costs. Combine this with a dramatic reduction in toxic exhaust (up to 85%) and owning a Fuel Saver unit becomes a necessity rather than an option.

Designed for 3 to 6 liter engines, the D-100 series dramatically improves fuel efficiency while substantially reducing toxic emissions, but also provides your vehicle with a powerful increase in Torque and Horse Power. The D-100 series’ compact dimensions (6” x 6” x 4”) allow it to be easily installed in almost any engine compartment.

The D-200 Series’ compact dimensions (12” x 12” x 6”) make it easy to install in several locations on almost any Tractor or piece of heavy-duty equipment.

Our M-100 Series is a custom-designed to meet exact Coast Guard specifications and is constructed with the highest possible integrity. It can withstand the rigors of the high seas. The M-100 Series can be built for engines ranging in size from 5 to 50 liters and runs on either tap or salt water.

The UFS HFI System is an onboard generator of hydrogen and oxygen gases for internal combustion engines. It introduces gases into the air intake manifold of the engine. The gases generated, once introduced to the intake manifold, are mixed with incoming air. The patented UFS process results in a more complete combustion of gases, reducing harmful emissions while improving fuel efficiency and engine power.

The UFS HOD produces gases only while the engine is running avoiding the dangers of storing hydrogen at any time.

Hydrogen, the most abundant element in the universe, and the lightest element known to man, disperses more quickly than gasoline making it a less flammable, and safer option (fuel?).

It is only when Hydrogen is stored in large quantities, or with an oxidizer, that it becomes dangerous. United Fuel Savers Systems produce Hydrogen on demand, not for storage.

UFS “On Demand” systems are highly valuable as a safe, efficient source of fuel, making petroleum-based fuels obsolete.

The UFS D-200 series units were installed on the companies 7.4 liter turbo diesel refrigerated trucks and the results were eye opening. After a one-month trial, the real savings and fuel consumption average 35% with a considerable decrease in black smoke from the exhaust. Mr. Greco has subsequently ordered his fleet manager to install five additional units on their refrigerated trucks and is devising a schedule for outfitting the company’s entire fleet with UFS units.

Conditions that may void a vehicle’s warranty are specified in a law called the Moss- Magnusson Act which stipulates dealers cannot void warranties because vehicles have aftermarket parts. If the dealer can prove a particular aftermarket part caused a particular failure, they can disallow the claim for that issue only. For example, if your engine fails, the dealer can’t refuse to fix it because the vehicle has aftermarket wheels. However, if the engine has been modified, they may have a case and may deny the claim. We don’t modify engines in any way.

This product is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from date of purchase, provided, product was installed by an authorized agent of United Fuel Savers and used under normal operating procedures. If this product is deemed defective, the manufacturer, at its sole discretion, has the option of replacing the entire unit, or replacing necessary individual defective components with new and/or remanufactured replacements, when proof of purchase is provided.
