We will be separating the 12 contestants into 3 groups of 2 pairs. Tentatively, video shooting will be held on 10 th Jan (Mon). 12th Jan (Wed) is an alternative date. Contestants are to arrive 30 minutes before video shooting session for make up and preparation. Before video shooting, contestants are to be briefed on what they should do. (Confirm with Ms Esther Ho about the storyline.)Photos are to be taken by EM students.

Order of Proceedings1. Collect individual timetables of Finalists.2. Enquire about availability of Trainers. 3. Plan a draft training schedule.

Problems Encountered1. Difficult to coordinate timetable of Finalists with that of the

Trainers2. Constant changing of date and time for SBM pageant

results in delayed and editing of program and schedule.
