Pgina &P de &NOPERACIN1.- Conecte la alimentacin adecuada a su bomba (elctrica 115v. 20AMP cable cal. 12 AWG neumtica a 100 PSI con manguera de 3/4").2.- Conecte manualmente la manguera hidrulica gemela a la bomba y a la llave de torque seleccionada, verificando que los conectores al conectarse se llegen a tope.3.- Colocando la llave de torque para apriete o para afloje.Mirando la llave de torque de espalda y si el cuadrado de mando est a la derecha, la llave har la funcin de apretar. Si el cuadro del mando est a la izquierda entonces la llave realizar la funcin de aflojar (p/series MXT) para las series XLCT-BLIZ solo se voltea a la llave. Cuando se requiera realizar un cambio de posicin del cuadro de mando (p/series MXT), oprima el botn retenedor, jale el cuadro de mando y este se deslizar fcilmente para colocarlo pongalo en la direccin adecuada girndolo de tal forma que se deslice fcilmente. Por ltimo, colocar el botn retenedor.4.- Colocar el brazo de reaccin en la misma direccin del cuadro de mando.5.- Para apretar.Calibrar la bomba hidrulica a la presin deseada tomando en cuenta la llave de torque utilizada y el valor de apriete requerido, segn la tabla proporcionada; verificar el valor actual de presin mxima que marca el manmetro manteniendo apretado el botn de avance del control remoto, para aumentar o disminuir la presin proceder soltando el seguro roscado que se localiza en la parte inferior del vastago de la valvula raguladora "T", hacer girar la valvula reguladora "T" (en sentido opuesto a las manecillas del reloj) si se quiere disminuir la presin (no se deber oprimir el botn de avance del control en esta actividad) ya incrementando presin hasta alcanzar el valor deseado. Volver a apretar el seguro del vastago. Nota: el valor del torque aplicado est en funcin de la presin calibrada en la bomba y del tamao de la llave de torque utilizada.-Coloque la llave de torque y asegure el brazo de reaccin contra un objeto firme y seguro ( tuerca adyacente, equipo, cara de la brida, etc).-Presione el botn del control remoto mientras el dado gira hasta que se escuche un sonido "clikc", que signifca que el cilindro hidrulico dentro de la herramienta est extendido y no va a girar ms el dado, entonces dejar de presionar el botn del control remoto y esperar un segundo "clikc" que signifca que debemos repetir la operacin y se repetira hasta que la llave de torque no produzca el sonido de "clikc" despus de presionar el botn del control por unos segundos. Al trabajar simultaneamente, el botn del control remoto se soltar al escuchar el primer "click" esto significa que estamos apretando la tuerca mas floja. Despus de algunos giros, los clikc de las llaves empezarn a sinconizar.6.-Para aflojar-Primero regule la presin en la bomba neumtica a 10,000 PSI o a un valor mayor con el que fue apretado, cambie el cuadro de mando y el brazo de reaccin a la posicin de aflojar de la llave de torque.-Presione y mantenga aprimido el botn del control remoto, mientras el dado comienza a girar, hasta escuchar un sonido "click". Si est utilizando las llaves de torque simultaneamente, espera a escuchar el click en todas las llaves para asegurarse de que todas las tuercas se estn aflojando.-Libere el botn del control remoto y el cilindro automticamente se retraer al tiempo en cual se escuchar nuevamente el sonido "click".
