The quantitative increase of people interested in the prgramme and of the info sessions visitors.

In March the advertising campaign started at the leading business web-sites (vedomosti.ru, kommersant.ru, slon.ru, bfm.ru, dp.ru, banki.ru, bankir.ru, rts.ru), it has greatly increased the quantity of the SKOLKOVO web-site visitors.

More than 15 info sessions were held.

The School took part in the MBA Fairs in New York, London, Frankfurt am Main, Moscow and Alma-Ata.

The advertising campaign based on the context advertising technology was launched.

The optimization of the EMBA page on the SKOLKOVO web-site was made; the information that is presented now is more logical and attractive for the potential audience: there are more video-releases, also student profiles with their comments on the programme. Elements for attraction of attention and a number of useful tools were added. The result: the quantitative increase of the visitors signed in for the info sessions.

The work on preparation of image media materials about the programme, such as promo films, online-tests.

The percentage increase of those applied for the programme among the info session visitors.

The campus tours were organized for the potential applicants.

On the request individual meetings of potential students with the programme representatives are organized.

On May 27 – June 15 the advertising campaign of the “Kruzenstern” special offer was launched. All the EMBA students having applied before June 15 and successfully passed the selection made a week-long voyage on the

“Kruzenstern” sailing ship. The aim of the special offer, namely, to stimulate the potential candidates not to delay the decision on the entrance till the future, was completely achieved – 14 people applied for the studying during the period of special offer. Moreover, this offer had also an image effect; lots of new contacts were made and the quantity of info session visitors increased. It was also a bonus for the first graduates who were invited as alumni to pass the baton to the newcomers. This special offer may become a traditional marketing as well as PR tool.

The common meeting of the current and potential students was conducted; after that the quantity of people, who wanted to enter the programmes, greatly increased. During a previous year quarter alone 9 info sessions that 319 potential candidates visited were conducted.

The Sales Department representatives took part in the regional events (the Tver Business Club, the Tengri Club in Kazakhstan).

The special offers were organized for the current students (the “bring a friend” move; the “carte-blanche” move giving the right to the students to recommend one of the candidates, for whom this recommendation replaces the letter of credence).

Direct mail shots to the earlier gained contact basis were made.

Concerning the work with corporations SKOLKOVO offered special financial conditions for the companies in case there more than 2 applicants for the programme from the company.

In general the year has proved the efficiency of the usage of Internet as the main communication channel and the efficiency of the current student mobilization in order to increase confidence in the programme.

Campus 45

Campus The most important event was the movement of the School office from the Moscow-city building to the Campus. Before it the total preparation of office rooms for the comfort work of employees and the office functioning was made.

The works on preparation of the putting object into commission and the School launch in September 2010 ran at full speed.

MOUs were signed with the providers of fitness centre service (Planet Fitness) and catering service (Correa's).

The Campus construction is completed. The PAMIR and TIEN SHAN Hotels started their operational activity. The School students live at the Campus hotels and study in the School auditoriums.

On September 19, on the day of the School fourth anniversary the official opening of the Campus was held.

The contract with the sports centre service provider “Planet Fitness” was signed.

The work with external clients on the studying auditoriums rent has started.

As at the end of 2010 three entrances of the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO were commissioned.

All datasheets on the object and engineering networks of the second entrance and 80% on the third entrance were got, and also a number of other documents on the Campus and territory.

During the second quarter 8 commercial events were held on the Campus. The list of existing clients includes the Skolkovo Foundation, Troika Dialog, the North-West Centre for strategic research, Rosmolodezh, Bosco, and Philips.

Coordination Council 47

Coordination Council The Partners-founders are 18 largest Russian and foreign companies and individuals that are leaders in their branches: oil & gas industry, metallurgy, energy, investment, banking, insurance, consumes goods sales.

The total facilities volume tendered by the founders in 2006-2010 is USD131 millon and an allotment of 25,6 ha, where the Campus was built.

In 2010 the Coordination Council of the School gathered for four times.

This year the Coordination Council has to face a number of challenging questions. Apart from the School transit to a new stage from the financial and organizational point of view (movement to the Campus, a new period of credit relationship), there is an external factor that makes significant corrections to the School positioning. We are talking about the “Skolkovo Innograd” project; the interaction with the one should be determined.
