We use the present continuos to express acctions that we are doing at the same time that we speak or acctions that are happening now, at this moment.

Ex. I am wearing glasses

To be + verbo -ing

AFIRMATIVE Sujeto + Verbo to be + verbo-ing.Ex. She is eating an apple now. She’s eating an apple now.

NEGATIVESujeto +Verbo to be + not + verbo-

ing.Ex. He is not playing the piano.

He isn’t playing the piano.

INTERROGATIVEVerbo to be + Sujeto + Verbo –ingEx. Are you studying English? Yes, I am / No, I’m not.
