You will be asked for the following information in the online Application Form:

Curriculum Vitae (General background information about you).

Essay (An essay of about 250 words that will help us better understand you as an individual.

You may choose to describe an influential moment or person in your life, an experience that

changed the way you view the world, or a talent or attribute you possess that would diversify our

community).

Secondary School Transcript / Mid - Year Grade Report (Supply the latest grade

certificate you have received from your school. This should also include a list of all grades you

have earned since Grade 9. This needs to be an official document from your school in English

language. If it is not available in English language, it can also be translated with stamp and

signature).

Letter of Recommendation (Ask a teacher, counselor, employer or mentor of yours to write

a recommendation letter for you. The preferred language is English, but if the letter is written in

another language it can be translated (by an official translator or by your school).

The Kronospan Supplement (To apply for the scholarship you need to agree to the

conditions of the Kronospan Supplement. Please read and sign the form and submit it with your

application).
