  • Dependent Eligibility Certification What Do You Need to Do? During Open Enrollment: Review your dependents health care covered by the health plans and make any necessary changes. 2015: If you have not previously submitted proof of eligibility, or if you are adding dependents during Open Enrollment, you will be required to provide proof of eligibility Failure to complete the verification and provide the required documentation will result in the termination of dependents coverage.
