Fire alarm
What to do in case of a fire alarm:
1. Stay calm and listen to instruction from your manager (or safety officer)
2. Lead customers/visitors and staff to the best escape route to an emergency exit
3. Help disabled people
4. Do not let customers walk through the warehouse
5. Secure goods and cash closes down
6. Stay together, close to a safe place and wait for further instructions

1. SOUND THE ALARM!

2. Close as many doors as possible between you and the fire
3. Signal someone outside, but do nog break glass until absolutely necessary

1. Remain calm and use checklist2. Keep the caller on the phone as long as
possible3. Immediately call Safety and Security

Medical Emergency
What to do in an medical emergency:
1. Stay calm, so you can think clear
2. If life threatening call national emergency number first and inform your safety officer
3. Do not move a seriously injured person.
4. Quickly perform four steps of the checklist.
5. Prepare for arrival of emergency services and point them to the scene
Check breathing, start CPR if necessary and if you are trained
Control serious bleeding by directpressure on the wound
Keep victim still and comfortable Remain with victim until help arrives
