Our workshops and training can help you to improve:

We offer bespoke training so if you have a particular need we can work with you

Course Duration DescriptionMental Health First Aid 2 days Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is a training
course which teaches people how to identify,understand and help someone who may beexperiencing a mental health issue.
A Life Worth Living 4 hours A life worth living trains members of thecommunity to offer support and information topeople who are experiencing suicidal thoughts.
Mental HealthAwareness
4 hours Is a course for anyone who has limitedknowledge or understanding of mental health.We look at the signs and symptoms of commonmental health problems and what helps.
Mindfulness - shortworkshop or ½ day
Flexible This workshop helps you to improve emotionaland often physical wellbeing by helping you tomanage anxious thoughts - particularly aroundthe past and the future, through Mindfulness.
Stress Management 3 hours Stress is part of everyday life, this coursehelps you to understand what stress is, whatcauses stress, what are the stressors in yourlife and what strategies you can use to reduceand overcome stress.
Managing mentalhealth in theworkplace
3 hours This course is for line managers and aims toincrease their understanding of the commonmental health problems staff can experienceand how to practically support staff at work.

We also offer consultancy service to support your organisation with wellbeing
strategies, to help nurture a positive workplace culture.
