The Faculty of Economics at the University of Ljubljana (FELU) is today one of the largest and the most contemporary faculty among its members. It has a long tradition in research and education, stressing that the development and modernization of teaching and research work have been it’s priorities from the very beginning. As one of the first faculties in Slovenia the FELUestablished new internationally comparable Bologna programs and in 2006 received a global EQUIS and AACSB quality accreditations status as an award for its excellence in all its activities. Today it is part of the best Euro-pean schools and the University’s largest faculty which occupies part of a spacious suburban campus.

During the last thirty years, the FELU has designed within CISEF, Center for Management Development and Training, a number of seminars and workshops for executives and business experts. Short programs are practice oriented and aimed at offering specific advice for more efficient work, ex-change of experience and seeking solutions for business and professional issues that managers deal with.

CISEF also organizes special Master’s studies – Consortium Master’s studies which attracted many Slovenian companies to join the consortium (Gorenje, Trimo, Iskra Avtoelektrika, Kolektor, Adria Mobil etc.).

In the year 2005 CISEF started with first generation of Consortium Master’sstudies at Skopje with the help of Regional Center at Skopje Fair. The third generation begun in 2008.

Fakulteti ekonomik i Universitetit të Lubjanës (FELU) është një ndër fakulte-tet më të mëdha dhe më bashkëkohor në mesin e të gjithë anëtarëve të vet. Ai ka traditë të gjatë në hulumtim dhe arsimim, duke theksuar se zhvillimi dhe modernizimi i ligjeratave dhe punës hulumtuese, është prioritet që nga fillimi. Si njëri prej fakulteteve të para në Slloveni, Fakulteti ekonomik-Lub-lanë, e vendosi programin e ri ndërkombëtar të Bolonjës dhe në vitin 2006 fitoi statusin e EQUIS dhe AACSB-akreditimit, me renome, i cili ndahet për veprimtari të shkelqyer në të gjitha fushat arsimore. Sot, fakulteti është pjesë e shkollave më të mira europiane dhe fakulteti më i madh universitar, i cili përfshihet në kampusin e gjërë suburban.

Gjatë tridhjetë vjetëve të fundit, Fakulteti ekonomik nga Lublana, në suaza të CISEF (Qendra për zhvillim dhe arsimim të menagjerëve), përgaditi disa seminare dhe punëtori, për drejtorët dhe ekspertët afarist. Këto programe të shkurta janë të orijentuara kah praktika dhe ofrojnë këshilla të vecanta për punë më efikase, këmbimin e përvojave dhe kërkimin e zgjidhjeve përproblemet afariste dhe profesionale me të cilët menaxherët ballafaqohen për cdo ditë.

CISEF, poashtu, organizon studime të vecanta të magjistraturës - Studime Sonzorciume të Magjistraturës që ishin joshëse për shumë kompani sllovene që të kyqen kah konzorciumi (Gorenje, Trimo, Iskra autoelektrika, Kolektor, Adria, Mobil etj.).

Në vitin 2005, CISEF-i me ndihmën e Qendrës rajonale pranë Panairit të Shkupit filloi me gjeneratën e parë të studimeve të magjistraturës – StudimeKonzorciume të magjistraturës. Gjenerates sё tretё filloi në vitin 2007.

Ju ftojmë që t`i bashkangjiteni katёrt generacija të studimeve konzorciume të magjitraturës dhe seminareve tona. MASTER’S PROGRAMME IN MANAGEMENTAND ORGANIZATION

ne of the crucial catalysts for economic growth nowadays is innovation, including shopfloor innovation, innovation in opera-tions as well as innovation of companies/ fi-nancial institutions. This is vital for the states and business in the position of market fol-lowers. I am firmly convinced that Macedo-nia wants to join the association of European countries on equal basis. In order to do so, it is necessary to accelerate its progress in the

above mentioned areas. Companies and financial institutions need to de-velop their competitive advantages. In this process, the experience of other countries, including Slovenia, can be highly beneficial.

The Consortium Master programme has been tested in Slovenia and proven to render outstanding results. Slovenia’s major exporting companies as well as financial institutions have decided to enrol their promising employees onthe Consortium Master’s programme. The key feature of this programme is a combination of the stateof-the-art expertise in management and eco-nomics, delivered by renowned lecturers from the Faculty of Economics Ljubljana and international partners (Eindhoven University, Washington University), testing theory against business practice, and team work under-taken by the participants. As for its organisation, the programme is highly professional, thus providing the students with a stimulating and relaxed environment.

I am certain that the Consortium Master’s is a well-thought-out form of de-velopment programme, intended for individuals with business experience, both economists and other graduates, who are expected to take on posi-tions of responsibility in their companies in the future. It offers a substantial added value to the companies and financial institutions that are membersof the consortium, as well as to individuals.

PROGRAMI MASTERS PËR MENAXHIMDHE ORGANIZIM

Një nga katalizatorët themelorë për rritjen ekonomike në këto ditë është inovacioni, duke përfshirë këto shop floor inovacionet,inovacionet në operacione si dhe inovacio-net e kompanive/institucioneve financiare.Kjo është thelbësore për vendet dhe biz-neset që janë në pozitën e përcjellësve të shënuar. Unë jam i bindur se Maqedonia dëshiron ti bashkëngjitet asociacionit të vendeve Evropiane me të drejta të bara-

barta. Për të bërë këtë, është imperativ që të përshpejtojë progresin e saj në degët e lartpërmendura. Institucionet financiare dhe kompanitë duhet tëzhvillojnë përparësitë e tyre kompetitive. CISEF – REGIONAL CENTER SKOPJE

With the accession of the Republic of Slovenia in the EU, the Faculty of Economics, University of Ljubljana, began its activities on the international educational scene. In 2005, along with the CISEF - Center for Management Development and Training established the Regional Centre with headquar-ters in Skopje to cover the regional areas of Macedonia, Kosovo, Southern Serbia, Albania, Bulgaria and Greece.

The Consortium Master’s Program organized by the Faculty of Economics is with supreme academic criteria, identical curriculum and competent train-ing personnel coming from the basic faculty in Slovenia, other universities in Europe and the USA, as well as reputed visiting lecturers from the inter-national business community and well-known companies.

LOCATION

The lectures for all students in the region are organized in Skopje in state-of-the-art facilities at the Skopje Fair Multi Business Center (administration building).

The training organized in small groups of up to 30 students ensures active and equal participation of all students in the training, practical activities and individual papers through which the programme for each course is implemented.

CISEF – QENDRA RAJONALE NË SHKUP

Pas pranimit të Sllovenisë në BE, universiteti - Lublanë, fakulteti ekonomik -Lublanë, fillon të ndikoj edhe në skenën ndërkombëtare të arsimimit tëlartë. Në vitin 2005, bashkë me Qendrën për trajnim dhe zhvillim të me-naxhmentit - CISEF e formoi Qendrën rajonale me seli në Shkup, e cila i përfshin vendet e këtij rajoni: Maqedoni, Kosovë, Sërbi jugore, Shqipëri, Bullgari dhe Greqi.

Studimet pasuniverzitare të konzorciumit që i organizon Fakulteti Ekonomik pranë Universitetit të Lubjanës, kanë kritere të larta akademike, program identik të mësimit dhe kuadër të profesorëve nga fakulteti amë në Sllov-eni, por edhe nga universitetet tjera të Europës dhe SHBA, si dhe ligjërues-mysafir të afirmuar nga biznesi ndërkombëtar dhe kompani të njohura.

LOKACIONI

Mësimi për të gjithe studentët e rajonit zhvillohet në Shkup, në hapësirat që paraqesin një art të përkryer e që janë të vendosura në Qendrën për Biznes të panairit të Shkupit (ndërtesa e drejtorisë).

Zhvillimi i mësimit bëhet në grupe të vogla, deri në 30 studentë, me qëllim që të gjithë studentët të përfshihen njëlloj dhe të participojnë aktivisht në të gjithë punimet praktike dhe atyre individuale përmes të cilëve zhvillohet programi për secilën lëndë.

The programme of the Consortium Master’s Degree has been accredited by the High Education Accreditation Committee of the Republic of Macedonia. University diploma is recognized in all EU member states.

PROGRAMME DELIVERY

The programme lasts for two years and consists of 15 courses. There are two meetings within each course. Lectures are held on Friday afternoon and Saturday morning twice a month on the premises of the Skopje Fair in Skopje.

Students will receive the course material in printed version or via the Inter-net at the beginning of each course. The material is in English.

The actual course procedure and methods of evaluation (i.e. exams and assignments) are determined by the Course Director before the beginning of each course. The lectures include a number of case studies related to the states in transition that the students will analyse from different perspectives. In that way, the learning process will be connected to the real problems that the Consortium member companies and banks face.

The official language of the studies is English.

The defence of Master of Science theses will be held in Ljubljana.

PËRSHKRIMI I PROGRAMIT

Programi zgjat për dy vite dhe përbëhet nga 15 lëndë. Ka dy takime për çdo lëndë. Ligjëratat mbahen gjatë tërë ditës të premteve dhe shtunave në mëngjes dy herë në muaj në hapësirat e Panairit të Shkupit.

Studentët do të marrin materialin e kurseve në version të printuar ose përmes internetit në fillim të secilit kurs. Materialet janë në gjuhë angleze.

TUITION FEE

The tuition fee for the two-year study programme is EUR 9,000 and is pay-able in two instalments: in September 2010 and September 2011. It covers the preparation and realisation of the programme in Macedonia, lectures, mentorship and defence of the Master’s dissertation, as well as course ma-terial and the complete organisation of the studies.
