To the extreme shock and disappointments of the Sendong survivors, they have discovered that the respondents, in conspiracy, collaboration and collusion with each other and with obvious abuse of the power and authority granted by law upon them, illegally, and criminally plundered, misused, diverted and misappropriated said Special Trust Fund of Sendong Donations for allocations and expenditures on items which are different from the purpose of said Fund.
