We provide services to some 1.9 million people living in Southampton and south Hampshire, plus specialist services such as neurosciences, cardiac services and children’s intensive care to more than 3.7 million people in central southern England and the Channel Islands.

We’re also a major national site for clinical research, providing our patients with some of the best access to new treatments in the UK.

We’re one of the biggest employers in the South, employing over 10,500 people, and we also have over 1,000 volunteers who give up their time to support us.

Hospital Heroes is our chance to celebrate our workforce and thank them for everything that they do.

The Hospital Heroes awards ceremony will take place on Tuesday, 1 March 2016 from 5pm to 8pm at the Novotel Hotel in Southampton.

It is an eagerly anticipated annual event and continues to get bigger every year. Over 400 people attended the 2014 awards, including the Mayor of Southampton and local media.
