USD Graduate and Law Students, Congratulations!! You’ve almost made it to the end of the semester. It has been a pleasure getting to know many of you in the Graduate and Law Student Commons (SLP 401) and serving as an advisor to the Graduate Student Council. I hope to see many more of you during the spring semester at some of our upcoming events which will include a Family Tailgate event, Padres in the Park, an Outdoor Adventures trip, regular bagel breakfasts, Theology on Tap, Breaking Ground Tijuana Day trips, and much more! Before we depart for the holidays make sure to check out all of the amazing Wellness Week events happening December 10th-14th and be sure to come to our End of the Semester Celebration at O’Tooles (please see event details below). The USD Torero Store will be having Textbook BuyBack from December 13th - 21st. We will also be having our yearly Christmas sale on December 6th-7th. The sale will include 25% off everything in the store except textbooks, outlines, diploma frames, and computers hardware and software.

Graduate Records Office Announcement- Graduation Deadlines!!! December 14, 2012

• Last day to petition for August 2013 graduation (non-law students only);

• Completed original, unbound dissertation or bindery receipt for PHD/PHDN/EDD, DNP portfolio (or bindery receipt), all fees and forms due in Graduate Records Office for those graduating in January 2013;

• Two bound copies (or bindery receipt) of completed Master’s thesis due in Graduate Records Office.

• Effective degree date of all Fall 2012/Intersession 2013 graduation petitioners only after all degree requirements have been met and pass final degree audit conducted by the Graduate Records Office (non-law students only).

Change of Address

• Students graduating this Fall or Intersession and are moving or changing their address need to contact the Graduate Records Office directly by sending an email to Ruey Shivers, Assistant Registrar; Graduate Records Office. Email address is rshivers@sandiego.edu (non-law students only).
