Step 1: Accept a quote

Navigate your process

You have got quotes and chosen a freight forwarder, now you are at Stage 3: Book

These 3 tabs are all active, you can view them anytime:• Original request: the original information of

your quote request

• Booking: the blue bar under Booking indicates that you are currently in this tab. More about 3 steps under Booking in next slides

• Documentation: You and your freight forwarder can upload and share the shipment documents here

News feed: where you see all the notifications

Step 2: Finalize booking details

You should review the booking details here (scroll down on your screen for a complete view)

At any time, you can chat with the forwarder for clarification or ask questions.

Choose Edit to update the booking details

Remember to click “Save and agree” if you choose Edit to update the booking details

Step 2: Finalize booking details

Choose “I approve these details” if everything looks good to you.

Once your freight forwarder also agrees with the details, both of you will move to the next step.

On your screen, scroll down to view all the details and to see the orange button to approve.

Step 2: Finalize booking details

After you and your forwarder agree on booking details, you now need to finalize charges.

Click “I approve these charges” if the charges look good to you.

Once the forwarder also approves the charges, you can move to the next step.

If needed, you can ask the forwarder to revise the charges via the chat feature

Step 3: Finalize charges

After you and the forwarder approve the charges, you are now ready to Book and Pay

Click “Book and Pay” to make the transaction. You will be prompted to key in your credit card information

Don’t forget to scroll down and review all booking and charge details one last time.

Step 4: Book & Pay

On your screen, scroll down to review all booking information, charge details, and the total amount.

When click “Book and Pay”, you will be prompted to key in your card information

Once you complete the payment, the forwarder will start moving your shipment

You can check back later for your shipment status update.

Freight forwarder will update the status once the shipment is picked up.

Step 5: Checking shipment status

Freight forwarder will update the status again once the shipment is delivered.

Fleet team will reach out to you to confirm the delivery.
