Fleet

Dear Travel Agency Partner,

The Eurowings brand is a newly established, independent low-cost airline modelled on itssuccessful partner Germanwings. In future, Eurowings will offer flights within Europe and toattractive long-haul destinations. Passengers can customize their flights by choosing fromBASIC, SMART and BEST fares.

We are delighted that the new Eurowings offers excellent value for money in the European airlinebusiness. For you, that means even better routes to even more destinations all with the usualhigh product quality of the Lufthansa Group.

We now have an offer to suit every passenger. The BASIC fare offers price-conscious customers a low-cost flight-only deal, but many extras can be added as required. The SMART fare is ideal for passengers who would like to enjoy convenient extra services like preferred seating, an on-board snack and drink, and a free item of checked luggage weighing up to 23 kg. These are just some of the popular services that are already included in the great price. Finally, we have introduced the BEST fare. Designed for customers who value comfort, this fare leaves nothing to be desired: a seat with more legroom in the first three rows on the Airbus fleet, an adjacent seat free, priority check-in and priority boarding, lounge access, a reserved hand luggage compartment and à la carte catering.

Needless to say, our entire range of fares can still be booked through the major ticketlessdistribution channels such as eurowings Travel agency portal. The interlinable SMART and BEST fares are available in your GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Worldspan, Apollo and Sabre). In addition all published fares (incl. BASIC) can be also booked via Amadeus using the light ticketing option.

To our continued cooperation!

Your Eurowings Team

The ability to modify bookings:

The Eurowings fare system has differing Fare Basis Codes (FBC):

• NN (V-fares only) = non-refundable, non-changeable (FBC, e.g. VNNWGRDE)• NC = non-refundable, changeable (FBC, e.g. BNCWGDE)• FLEX = refundable, changeable, (FBC, e.g. IFLEX)

NN (solely V-fares) are non-changeable, only available as a return fare and combinations are only possible with another V-fare. All other fares are changeable in accordance with fare rules.

Booking changes on a desired new flight are always possible up to 30 minutes before departure (subject to fare rules). If a flexible fare booking is not changed by 11.59 p.m. on the originally scheduled day of departure, a separate charge will apply.

Important point: A prior checkout is an essential requirement for making changes to bookings. This can be done exclusively via the call centre. The country specific hotline can be found at: eurowings.com/contact

Rerouting is not permitted. Should rerouting become necessary, you can proceed as follows:

• Delete booking and make a new booking• Refund and reissue the ticket (if permitted by the fare rules)

When a booking is changed through a GDS (e.g. Amadeus) a ticket reissue is required (‘stickers’/revalidation will not be transmitted to Eurowings).

In case of last-minute booking changes within 72 hours before departure, we recommend first of all contacting the call centre to check the check-in status of the customer (and possibly check-out). Changing a booking is not possible when the customer is checked in. The country specific hotline can be found at: eurowings.com/contact

Refunds are always possible for Flex-fares (class I for SMART and J for BEST). If the refund is made by 11:59 p.m. on the originally scheduled departure date, the refund is free of charge. If the refund is made later, a fee will be charged according to the Fare Notes.

Reservation of a seat:

A Generic Seat Request can be used. This request is confirmedand updated with the actual seat.

Specific seat reservation in Amadeus:

• A specific seat reservation can be made. This request is confirmed and updated with the specific seat

• A seat map is available solely in Amadeus• Please check that the seat desired is available and book this one accordingly

Special Service Request (SSR) notification:

Please note that the SSR notification (SSR OTHS 1A PLEASE UPDATE TO SYNCHRONIZE PNR) is purely for information and no further action is required.

The reserved seat:

This can be changed afterwards by using the option previously mentioned, or via the Web Check-In from 72 hours before departure at no charge.Important: When deleting a confirmed (Status KK/HK) seat-SSR-element, the actual seat reservation is deleted.

Dear Travel Agency Partner,

The Eurowings brand is a newly established, independent low-cost airline modelled on its successful partner Germanwings. In future, Eurowings will offer flights within Europe and to attractive long-haul destinations. Passengers can customize their flights by choosing from BASIC, SMART and BEST fares.

We are delighted that the new Eurowings offers excellent value for money in the European airline business. For you, that means even better routes to even more destinations – all with the usual high product quality of the Lufthansa Group.

With the fares BASIC, SMART and BEST, the passengers will be able to create their own long-haul flight according to their individual expectations: ranging from the flight-only offer (BASIC), to the classic economy class product (SMART) through to the premium fare (BEST). Travellers have the additonal option to reserve a seat with more legroom and greater comfort in the More Comfort zone.

Our worldwide long-haul flights can be booked via major ticketless distribution channels (e.g. Eurowings Travel Agency Portal). The interlinecompatible SMART and BEST fares are also available in your GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Worldspan, Apollo and Sabre).

To our continued cooperation!

Your Eurowings Team

The new Eurowings takes off with the modern A330 aircraft. Thanks to the new cabin concept, the holiday starts at the moment of entering the aircraft: in all three sections, our customers travel comfortably and, depending on the fare, with up to 115 cm seat pitch. Along with the changing menus on offer, passengers have the option to order their prefered meal in advance from a wide selection of refreshments, or to enjoy catering à la carte in the BEST fare. Of course, a wide range of in-flight entertainment options is also essential. With various films, songs and games, you can be sure that time will fly!

* More legroom and comfort: this can be booked as an upgrade in BASIC & SMART fares

Interline agreements:

Combined flights must always be booked via a GDS ticketed channel. This option is not available ticketless.

• Lufthansa (LH): Feeder flights to MUC and FRA (via QKL) on EW long-haul out of CGN• Austrian Airlines (OS): Feeder flights to VIE, SZG and KLU on EW long-haul out of CGN

SSRs available in GDS:

Free SSRs:

DEAF, WCHC, WCHR, WCHS, WCMP, WCBD – when booking SSR-Codes WCMP as well as WCBD following booking, an e-mail must be sent to [email protected] with information on wheelchairs, providing the booking details (file key, names).

SSRs available for a charge:

BIKE, SPEQ – The current fee is €100 per leg, per person. An EMD must be issued. These SSRs can be booked via our call centre.

Non-available SSRs:

The SSRs XBAG, BLND, UMNR and WEAP are not bookable via GDS. These can be booked  and paid via our call centre as well as at Eurowings airport sales counters, depending on availability.

The ability to modify bookings:

The Eurowings fare system has differing Fare Basis Codes (FBC):• NC = non-refundable, changeable (FBC, e.g. BNCWGDE)• SEM-FLEX = refundable, changeable, booking classes Y-Q (FBC, e.g. YRCWGRDE)
