Thefollowingsiteoffersthe21stCCLC6p.m.PilotProgram:ElbertaElementary Ifyouselecttheincorrectprogram,youmustcanceloutofthecurrentregistrationformandstartoverbyselectingthecorrectprogram.Theinformationwillnotbesenttothecorrectsite.Youwillberequiredtopaytheregistrationfeeandfirstweek’sfeesattheendoftheregistrationprocess.Youraccountwillbecreditedanyoverpaymentonceyourchildhasbeenenrolled.Tobegin,youwillneedtoenteryourpersonalinformation,secondaryaccountholder(ifapplicable),emergencycontacts,andallpersonsauthorizedtopickupyourchild.Onceyouhavecompletedregistration,youwillneedtosetupyourcheckoutpinsforeachpersonwhowillpickupyourchild.Seeinstructionsatbottomofpage.Thenextstepisenteringyourchild’sinformation.ItisveryimportanttolisttheschoolwhereyouchildwillattendAfterschoolChildcare.Pleasetakeyourtimeandenterallinformationrequested.Onceyouarefinished,click“SaveChild”atthebottomofthepage.
Afteryouverifyyourinformationandenrollmentselections,youwillbedirectedtothepaymentscreen,whereyoucanmakeapaymentusingyourcreditcard.Onceyouhavesubmittedyourpayment,yourrequestmustbeapprovedbyASCC.Youwillreceiveanemailonceyouraccounthasbeenapproved.Pleasereturntowww.ezchildtrack.com/bcbe/parenttosetupyourcheckoutpins.Youwillbesentatemporarypassword,alongwithyourregistrationconfirmationthatyouwillusetologinforthefirsttime.Pleasedonotforgettosetupyourcheckoutpins.Youwill“checkout”yourchilddailybyenteringthispersonalpinatthesite.

Thiswilldisplayallthepersonalinformationforeachpersonlistedonyouraccount(primaryandsecondaryaccountholders,emergencycontacts,andauthorizedpickuppersons).Thereisaboxundereachperson’sprofiletitled“checkincode”.Pleaseenterafourorfivedigitcodeforeachpersonandclick“update”.Ifthecodeisunavailable,youwillbepromptedtoenteranewcode.ThisisthecodeyouwillusetocheckoutyourchildeachtimetheyattendASCC.

1. Signing Up for Parent Portal Incaseyouhaveanaccountnumberbutnopassword,youcansignupforparentportalusingthe‘clickhere’linkshowninthe“ExistingCustomersSignUp”section.Ascreenwillbeshownasfollows:
Enteryouraccountnumber(whichyoucanobtainfromthesitemanager),registeredemailaddressandclickonthe[SignUp]button.Aconfirmationscreenwillappearasfollows.
AnemailmessagewillbesenttothisemailIDalongwithatemporarypassword.

Signing In to Parent Portal Onceyouhavereceivedyouremail,accessthemainparentportalloginscreen.Inthe“ReturningCustomersSignIn”section,enteryourregisteredemailIDandthetemporarypasswordprovidedtoyou.Clickon[SignIn].Whenyoulogin,youwillbepromptedtochangeyourpassword.Enteryournewpasswordkeepingthepasswordrulesinmindwhicharedisplayedonscreen.
Clickon[ChangePassword]whenyouhavefinishedenteringyouroldpasswordandnewpassword.ThiswilltakeyoutothemainParentPortalscreen.
