The National Congress is...

The purpose of this conference is to establish the objectives and strategies for the year 2010 – 2011 of AIESEC Romania, according to the global direction established by AIESEC International.

During the conference members who curently occupy leadership positions within their local com-mittee will establish organizational work plan for 2010 and 2011 transposed into local, national and international projects and development education programs. Students involved in both planning and activities will be educated to be able to occupy posi-tions of leadership and management of projects and activities.

After the conference the participants will imple-ment the plan in the university center they belong to, offering a plan to educate students on areas such as marketing, sales, human resources, finance and involving the students in activities in order to develop their capabilities and skills to manage projects, bud-gets, teams and interact with students from interna-tional universities where AIESEC is present.

Scopul conferintei consta in stabilirea obiectivelor şi strategiilor pentru anul 2010 şi 2011 ale AIESEC Romania in concordanta cu directia globala, stabili-ta de AIESEC International.

In cadrul conferintei membri care ocupa pozitiile de leadership in cadrul comitetului lor local vor crea planul activitatilor organizatiei pentru anul 2010 şi 2011 concretizate in proiecte şi programe de edu-care şi dezvoltare locale, nationale şi internationale. Studentii implicati atat in planificare cat şi in activitati vor fi pregatiti pentru ocuparea pozitiilor de leader-ship şi in managementul proiectelor şi activitatilor.

In urma conferintei participantii vor implementa planul in centrul universitar de care apartin oferind studentilor un plan de educare pe arii precum: mar-keting, vanzari , resurse umane, finante, urmarind ca in urma implicarii studentilor in acitivitati aceştia sa işi dezvolte capacitatile şi aptitudinile de a admi-nistra proiecte , bugete , echipe, de a interactiona cu studenti din alte centre universitare internationale in care AIESEC este prezent.

Is a national conference in AIESEC Romania taking place between 26th-28th of March 2010 in Pitesti in parallel with National Congress.

The purpose of the event is connecting high pro-file companies with high potential AIESEC members that are looking for career opportunities (exchange or job opportunities). Furthermore, the event helps members in dealing with their reintegration in their next AIESEC stages (after a powerful Leadership experience) or in the society. The event is made to help the participants to find the answer to the ques-tion the members always have ar the end of their experience: “Where am I heading?”

The participant profile for this conference is: 1. AIESEC Romania members in any of the 13

local committes that are in the generations 2008 -2009, 2009-2010;

2. Members that came back from an international internships in 2008, 2009, or 2010;

Este o conferinta nationala in AIESEC Romania care a avut loc in data de 26–28 martie 2010, in paralel cu Congresul National.

Scopul evenimentului este sa conecteze companii de profil inalt cu membri AIESEC cu potential ridicat care sunt in cautarea de oportunitati de cariera (stagii de practica internationale sau oportunitati de locuri de munca). In plus, evenimentul ajuta membrii in con-fruntarea cu reintegrarea lor in etapele urmatoare in AIESEC (dupa o experienta de conducere puternica) sau in societate. Evenimentul este raspunsul la intre-barea pe care membrii o au intotdeauna: „Incotro ma indrept?”. In urma evenimentului 48 de delegati au primit raspunsul la aceasta intrebare.

locale care fac parte din generatiile 2008 -2009, 2009-2010;
