The University, acknowledged in 2018 by the Ministry of Education, University and Research (D.M. n.927/17 published in the Italian Law Official Gazette n. 3 of January 4th 2018) is authorised to issue degrees in Italy and in the European Union. Humanitarian vocation The University is secular and welcomes students of all faiths. The mission of the University is inspired by Camillus De Lellis: at the end of the 16th century he contributed substantially to defining criteria and organization of an efficient healthcare system by drawing up and implementing the first modern procedure of hospital care, establishing the basic principles of respect and dignity of the patient. Educational objectives Courses are aimed at the training of doctors and healthcare professionals capable of operating at an international level, in order to meet the healthcare needs of less developed countries. UniCamillus graduates are authorised to work in all European countries, in compliance with the Directive 2005/36/CE. They will also be able to address the shortage of specialised workforce in the developing countries, in order to engage preferably in favour of these populations. In line with the humanitarian mission of UniCamillus, during the course of studies emphasis will be placed on the interrelations between the academic contents of basic sciences and those of clinical sciences, with particular regard to the interdisciplinary perspective of medicine. The courses will be mainly taught in English Admission tests The entry to the Degree Course in Medicine and Surgery and to the other courses of Medical School is regulated by a multiple choice and/or open-ended questions written admission test and possibly by an oral test. Yearly tuition fees and regional tax In order to complete the registration and enrolment process, it is necessary to pay the yearly fee. UniCamillus is working on agreements with major banks in order to guarantee soft loans for financing tuition fees of its students. Students Residence UniCamillus has signed an agreement with Unilogistics to offer the students newly built and furnished apartments. The residence is located near the University. Every apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, two beds in every room, a bathroom with a shower, a living area to study and relax, a wide balcony, and air conditioning available upon request (for information please contact Unilogistics +39 0668210263 from 9.30 a.m. to 1 p.m.). L’Ateneo riconosciuto nel 2018 dal Ministero dell’Istruzione dell’Università e della Ricerca (D.M. n.927/17 pubblicato nella Gazzetta Ufficiale n. 3 del 4 gennaio 2018) è autorizzato a rilasciare diplomi di laurea legalmente riconosciuti in Italia e nell’Europa Comunitaria. Sede e contattiLa sede dell’Università è a Roma in un edificio prestigioso e funzionale ben collegato dalla rete di trasporti pubblici.

Essi saranno però anche messi in grado di far fronte a molte delle carenze delle figure professionali specialistiche dei Paesi del Sud del Mondo, in modo da potersi impegnare preferibilmente a favore di queste popolazioni. In linea con la mission umanitaria di UniCamillus, durante il percorso di studio verrà inoltre data enfasi alle interrelazioni esistenti tra i contenuti delle scienze di base e quelli delle scienze cliniche, avendo particolare riguardo alla interdisciplinarietà della medicina.

Test di AmmissioneL’accesso al corso di Laurea Magistrale in Medicina ed agli altri corsi della Facoltà di Medicina è regolato da un test di ammissione scritto a risposta multipla e/o a risposta aperta ed eventualmente da un colloquio orale. I dettagli e le informazioni sulle modalità e tipologie delle prove d’ammissione sono reperibili sul sito internet www.unicamillus.org.
Quota annuale e tassa regionalePer poter completare l’iscrizione e l’immatricolazione è necessario versare la quota annuale del contributo unico. UniCamillus sta stipulando Convenzioni con primari Istituti di Credito per garantire prestiti agevolati per il finanziamento delle rette ai propri studenti.
Per gli studenti provenienti dai PVS sono disponibili numerose borse di studio a copertura totale o parziale della quota di iscrizione.

- Quota annuale per studenti comunitari Per le rette dell’Anno Accademico 2019/2020, fissate sulla fascia di reddito secondo l’indicatore ISEE, si veda la Tabella 2.
- Tassa regionale annualeAlla quota annuale occorre aggiungere la tassa regionale per il diritto allo studio universitario che dovrebbe essere pari a 140 Euro (salvo diversa deliberazione dell’organo regionale competente).
Residence per studentiUniCamillus ha stipulato una convenzione con Unilogistics per mettere a disposizione degli studenti appartamenti arredati di nuova costruzione. Il residence è ubicato nelle immediate vicinanze dell’Università. Ogni appartamento è dotato di cucina completamente attrezzata, due letti per camera, servizi con doccia, spazio living per studiare e ricrearsi, ampio balcone, riscaldamento ed aria condizionata a richiesta (per informazioni contattare Unilogistics +39 0668210263 dalle 9.30 alle 13.00).
