MiCRO nEEDling The drive of the needle injections is essential for an

optimal result. The pen of micro needling has an

analogue drive. There are no corrections of the needle

frequency caused by the resistance of the skin, which

results in irregular perforations in different skin zones.

Also the perforation density is important. Micro needling

has needle tips with less needles which give a low

density of perforations. The needles do not have a

needle guidance, so the needles have sideward

fluctuations or even bend which causes skin trauma.

Therefore the perforations are very inaccurate.

META ThERAPy Ultra thin needles create painless invisible micro

perforations in the skin. The needle stamp with 18

micro needles with a speed of 100 to 120 injections

per second makes thousands of micro perforations.

Meta Therapy has a double active function; the

controlled micro perforation activates the natural

regeneration of the skin and applies the exact amount

of active ingredients in the layer of the skin where they

can be most active.

Depending on the desired results, you can work with the

18-point facial module for full-face treatments and larger skin zones. This needle stamp with Flex

Head technology and curved stamp surface guarantees an equal depth of all needles no matter the

For specific treatments there is the 9-point deep wrinkle needle module which fades deep wrinkles

META ThERAPyvERSUS OThER invASivE TREATMEnTS

Most micro-needling techniques for anti-ageing facial treatments use needles that are too long to

perforate the deeper layer of the dermis. The client will face a risk of irreparable subcutaneous

damage, similar to scar formation with 2nd degree skin burns. The skin then becomes stiff and

hardens by loss of elasticity.

ROllER SySTEMThe roller is a cylinder onto which thin needles are

positioned and which is manually rolled over the skin.

This stimulates the skin’s natural regeneration process.

However, the depth of the punctures is uncontrolled

due to the manual application and the irregular shape

of the skin. Instead of very precise punctures, the roller

system damages the skin with small V-cuts.

Too much pressure will make too deep perforations,

which can lead to scar tissue and stiffness of the skin.

Not enough pressure will only make superficial

perforations, which will not have any effect on the skin.

The roller does not insert active ingredients into the skin. Applying active ingredients after the

roller treatment doesn’t have the wanted effect, as the skin closes as soon as the needle leaves

the skin. Furthermore, the rolling movement only leads to a minimal coverage and penetrations

in the skin.

MESO ThERAPy A fine 1-point needle is used to inject a small

amount of fluid into the surface of the skin, which

contains vitamins, minerals, anti-oxidants and

proteins as well as hyaluronic acid.

The treatment, which is not entirely painless,

activates the metabolic process in the skin and

releases skin deposits. The stimulated blood

circulation ensures that waste substances can be

carried away more easily.

Meso therapy does not activate the natural regeneration of the skin. Working with 1 needle doesn’t

cover the complete skin and only injects locally. There is hardly any control in depth or density.

fACiAl TREATMEnTThe facial treatment can be performed on

the entire face, neck, décolleté or specific

areas for overall skin rejuvenation.

The skin will get a better structure, finer

pores, more firmness, elasticity and youthful

appearance. The facial treatment starts

with a course of 4 weekly treatments.

During this initial course, you will see a

significant improvement in skin.

Subsequently, the treatment frequency is reduced to 1 treatment every 2 weeks or 4 treatments

spread over 2 months. If the desired result is achieved, a periodical maintenance treatment is

required to maintain the achieved result.

Immediately after the treatment the skin can show some redness, which will disappear after

applying the Intense Restorer Masks. The client is allowed to wear make-up the next day and can

resume the daily activities without any restrictions.

In addition to the overall improvement in

the skin, it is also possible to use very specific

Meta Therapy treatment for wrinkles and fine

lines. With this special technique and needles,

the skin under the wrinkle is activated and the

connective tissue fills the wrinkle from the

inside. Again, this is a 100% natural process

and the skin itself fills the wrinkle from

within. There are no fillers injected or nerves

of muscles blocked. In order to support the natural process Subjectables are used for faster and

better results. The wrinkle treatments are in a course of four to five treatments and carried out with

an intermediate period of two weeks between each treatment.

Immediately after the treatment the treated wrinkles show visible red lines, which disappear within

a few days. The day after the treatment it is allowed to conceal lines with make-up, you may resume

your daily activities without any restrictions.

The treatment is done with Dermatude’s Meta-Ject FX50 device. This sleek compact device is digitally

controlled and ensures the preset frequency, as displayed on the LCD screen, because of its high quality

motor it remains constant despite fluctuations in the power supply. The frequency can be preset from

50 to 120 Jects per second. The control panel with soft-touch keys is completely flat. The Dermatude

hAnD PiECEThe light-weight hand piece is ergonomic and very comfortable to hold. The disposable needle modules

can be rotated easily into the hand attachment. The needle depth can be varied to suit the various skin

zones you are treating by means of continuously variable depth adjustment. Because of the high quality

motor no pressure is necessary to ensure the needed depth without any skin trauma.

flEX hEAD TEChnOlOgyThe needle head has a slightly curved shape, so that all needles also penetrate into the skin

from the surface to the same depth. The needle also features a Flex Head System, as a result

of which it adjusts itself to the skin’s surface, even if you do not apply the hand attachment

perpendicular to the skin.

nEEDlE MODUlEThe needle modules meet all safety requirements. The needle head with micro needles withdraws

into the module when it is not connected to the hand attachment. The needle modules are fitted

with a safety membrane to prevent (body) fluids from passing from the module into the hand

attachment, causing possible cross-contamination. All needle modules are packaged individually

in a Class C (EU standard) clean room.

The treatments are carried out using active ingredients called Subjectables. These subjectables

each have their specific effect and are applied to the skin with micro needles. So in addition to
