Your backed up data is stored on a McAfee server. PCCW-HKT mobile service has no authority to access such backed up data. • 9. PCCW Mobile HK Limited expressly disclaims all or any liability for any loss (including any loss of data and content) or damage (including any damage to the Mobile Device) suffered by you or any other persons arising, directly or indirectly, from use of the Mobile Security Package. • 10. Mobile Security Package may not be effective under some circumstances. PCCW Mobile HK Limited is therefore unable to guarantee that Mobile Security Package can protect your device fully at all times. You must confirm to PCCW-HKT mobile service that the Mobile Device is owned by you and you have to agree to compensate PCCW Mobile HK Limited for any loss or damage suffered by PCCW Mobile HK Limited if you are not the owner of the Mobile Device. • 2. Step 1If you need to use the Mobile Security Package on another device, you should insert the SIM registered to the service and download and install the McAfee Antivirus & Security app on such device. Then, open the app and complete the steps below. The service will be transferred immediately and suspended on all previously-registered devices.

If registered, you can use your mobile number and 6-digit PIN to log into http://pccw.mcafeemobilesecurity.com to make remote commands.

NOTE: You should subscribe to the Mobile Security Package before downloading, installing and registering the “McAfee Antivirus & Security” app. If you reverse the order, you might not be able to use the service.

Before using the McAfee Antivirus & Security app, please proceed to the 5 settings below to maximize Mobile Security Package performance.

Once the SIM in your device has been changed, a warning message will be sent to your buddies, so you should set your buddy list before using the McAfee Antivirus & Security app.

I. Setting up a buddy list

When you start up the McAfee Antivirus & Security app, the default language is likely to be English. Follow the steps below to change the display language to Chinese, if required.

II. Setting language

Open GPS to find the mobile device location via the Mobile Security Package.

III. Turn-on GPS

Switch-on the screen lock on your device to get double protection.

IV. Turn-on the screen lock

If you did not switch-on device administrators during registration, we recommend you open it to prevent McAfee Antivirus & Security app being removed or uninstalled by others.

NOTE: If your device syncs automatically with an online account such as Google, there is a chance that your data on the server could be deleted when using wiping feature. This can be avoided by changing your online account password or disabling the sync function before wiping.

Backup contacts, SMS & call log remotely. Once you click “Back up My Data”, your device will upload data to the McAfee server automatically.

You can backup SMS, call log, contacts and media files, such as photos and videos, to the McAfee server and restore when needed.

After backing up data to the McAfee server, you can export or delete it on website according to your needs.

Login to website and click “Contacts”, “SMS”, “Call logs” & “Media” under “My Data” to delete backed up data or export them to your computer as another backup measure.
