ELIGIBILITY 10. Bowlers must present their USBC memberships card upon check-in.If bowler lost their membership card, they can print a copy on Bowl.com. Bowlerswithout an USBC card may purchase an Adult Basic (one time membership) for $5for Team and $5 for Singles/Doubles. Those paying a participation fee are noteligible for USBC awards.

11. Unmarried grade school and high school students who have not attained the

bowl in tourney.age of eighteen must abide by USBC Rule 13. Youth bowlers are not permitted to

13. We reserve the right to refuse future entries from; teams or individuals who donot check in one hour prior to scheduled time and those who do not complete theircompetition in the allotted time. Team event is allotted 4 hours for theircompetition. Singles and Doubles events are allotted 4 (6 bowlers on a pair) hours.

14. The Dutchman Tourn abides by the one Lane Courtesy Rule. All bowlers areasked to abide by this rule, or it could affect their eligibility in future tournaments.

SUBSTITUTES & CHANGES 15. All substitutes must fill out a substitution form. This form must be submittedat least one hour prior to the scheduled start time. This applies to team, doubles, and singles. All changes must be emailed, faxed, mailed or made on site. Substitute will assume the original bowlers position.

16. Line-up changes for any event will only be made if requested by the teamcaptain or squad sponsor. All changes must be submitted at least one hour beforescheduled start time.

17. Tournament management reserves the right to change published laneassignments.

EVENTS -Bowlers can only cash in one division in each eventThe tournament is divided into events and divisions: Team – 825 or under; Handicap; Scratch; Ladies Singles – Handicap; Scratch; Ladies; Recycled Teenagers (55+) Doubles – Handicap; Scratch; Ladies

Optional Events (Fee required) Bolony Bank - Handicap; Scratch; Ladies Optional Singles Team – Handicap; Scratch; Ladies Optional Singles Doubles – Handicap; Scratch; Ladies

MISCELLANEOUS 25. Prizes will be paid to at least 1 in 7 entries except where indicated. Prize fundheld in trust for your protection. All prize funds returned 100%. Checks will be mailedto the team captain or squad sponsor.

26. All entry fees must accompany entry form.

27. There will be a $37.00 charge for returned checks.

28. On-site transactions will be cash or money order only. No personal checks.

29. PROTEST must be filed in writing to the tournament manager within 24hours of completion of match

3. A bowlers average is always based on 21 games or more, averages with less than 21 games will not be considered. Only winter averages are used, unless the bowler only has a summer average. Youth league averages will be accepted. Sport averages only considered if bowler has no other average. a) Entrants will use their highest USBC sanctioned winter league average from the 2015-16 b) No average from 2015-16? Bowler will use their highest USBC average form 2013-14 or 2014-15 c) If a bowler does not have an average from the last three seasons, they will use their highest USBC sanctioned average, of 21 games or more, at the time of bowling. d) If a bowler’s average, as of the date of bowling, is 10 or more pins higher than their entering average the higher average will be used. e) If a bowler doesn't meet any of the above requirements they bowl scratch (225 ave)

4. Bowlers are individually responsible for verification of their average,even if they did not submit their average. Failure of a bowler to report their correct average by the end of the first game, of any event, may disqualify their scores. If a bowler’saverage is found to be higher than the reported average, the scores will be disqualified. If the incorrect average is lower than the actual average, the bowler will use the average reported at the time of bowling, which is the higher average.

5. If a bowler has only a Sport League average, their average will be adjusted using USBC Rule 201c . I ndicate on the entry form if you are using a Sport League average.

6. Handicap based on 85% of 225. The maximum handicap for team event is1020 pins. For singles and doubles the maximum handicap is 204 pins (145 ave)for men and 267 pins (120 ave) for ladies.

7. Team Events - Male bowlers with a USBC sanctioned league average of lessthan 145 will be entered with an average of 145.

8. All bowlers who have qualified for a prize of $600 or more in any tournamentwithin the previous 12 month period must report their actual score, position andamount won. This will be used for possible rerating per USBC rules. Also a bowlermust report if they have been rerated in any tournament in the last 12 months.These disclosures must be made in writing AT LEAST one hour prior to bowling.

9. Bowlers shall be familiar with and abide by USBC Rule 319a (Averages), 319b(Assigned Averages), 319c (re-rating), 319e (Average Adjustment), 322a (TardyPlayers) and 328 (Changing Delivery) which will apply to all participants.

If they bowl more than once,, their firstscore in each event will be used. Entry is optional and is $10.00. Bolony Bank entrymust be made prior to bowling. Prizes paid at least in 10.

21. Optional Singles Doubles - When bowling the doubles event, the bowler has theopportunity to use that 3 game score for an optional singles event. There will be threedivisions; Handicap, Scratch and Ladies. Entry is optional and is $10.00. Optional SinglesDoubles entry must be made prior to bowling. Prizes paid at least 1 in 10.

22. Optional Singles Team - When bowling the team event, the bowler has theopportunity to use that 4 game score for an optional singles event. 23. Recycled Teenager Event (55+ Division) Bowlers age 55 or over are automati-cally entered into this division provided they provide the tournament with their birth date. There is no additional fee for this division. Failure to report birthday will result in bowler not entered into senior division, but they will still be entered in the other single event divisions.

24. Entrant that bowls singles event, must bowl doubles event or vice versa.
